I can't understand why AA would do a £20mil deal with a AIM explorer, surely they pretty much know what is there otherwise why drag this out 9 months to date, I would think they want to be in charge here and to do that they need to buy the lot. They surely wouldn't want a small explorer getting in the way.

Good luck with your expectations, I don't see it happening, not any time soon anyway.
I have been here for a number of years and won't be surprised to see this drop back, thankfully what I have left in here is a free ride for me, still considerable, I just feel that if AA were to make a considerable offer it would have happened by now.

I like you Fulmar think it is a giveaway at 25p, sadly not many buyers seem to feel that way otherwise we would be seeing a lot more buys than we are. Surely by now people would be piling in if they thought they were going to make a quick buck.
There is something to be made here but IMO not as much as some people believe.

The SP is were it should be based on the selling that is taking place each day, like most on here i think it should be higher, this is one of them shares on AIM that just never quite reaches its full potential, probably due to the same story panning out each year.
You would think that given that news is around the corner it would be in double digits, i suppose if it is a total buyout the current SP is irrelevant however if it is a JV of some kind and if the market likes it then going from 7p to 12p would look good for a daily rise. going from 10p to 12p wouldnt, thats why i cant see it going above 8p any time soon.

Basically this is SBLM (sable Mining) "Same Game Different Name"
Hopefully something will happen with the shares that are owned in CGH in early May, i think they would like the SP as low as possible so they don't need to give PIs in CGH any chance of making any money.
We will see.

Why would they bring Rothschilds in for some poxy half ****ed deal, surely they want the lot and surely thats what NVS wants, to sell and move on to pastures new.
All we have now is the MMs mucking about with the SP to try and make some money, nothing here is any different than it was a week ago /two weeks ago and even a month ago, well nothing but some half decent RNS that has got the SP were it is today.
You then have alleged share pickers spouting about 10p by Friday, 15p by Monday and on we go. In my view its about time we got the RNS saying that we have been offered xyz and not silly tweets that achieve very little.

Sorry Lantier, I notice you have not been a member on here that long and maybe your new to investing, if you need any more simple tips let me know.

You are right Lantier, "Nobody should be expecting cash from Casa" however when the news hits that we have not received the money lets see how the market reacts. Sadly on AIM they love to jump on any negative news more so than positive news, that's how they take money of Muppets, be careful!
Taking a profit is not a bad thing and should not be criticized, we have all had the opportunity during our investing careers to take profits and sometimes we haven't when we should have, its what makes a market - buying and selling.

At 8.15p its obviously not negative (might be for those that paid 8p) the only problem i see here is the lack of more upward trajectory with the SP given the recent news, more so the news today.
It has always been a problem here that good news of which there as been a lot never seems to get it rocketing, bad news and it will drop, hopefully with the news of Casa due on the 19th this will not be the case.
Nothing on AIM is ever straightforward and i feel that this will be the case with ARCM, you really do wonder why people are selling with such good news around the corner, its not just warrants that are being sold.

There are a quite few companies on AIM that for some reason never quite get to were people feel they should be, IMO this is because of previous history of not delivering year on year, the only chance there is of making a good killing here is the news from AA that they are buying the lot, otherwise it is just Jam Tomorrow and thats how the markets see it.
They make the buys look like sells when obviously most are buys. Yes the RNS today and the CC make for good reading/listening but what we need is real news that something is on the cards otherwise all that will happen is what is happening "Nothing"

I am here Tom because I am hoping the same old story doesn't unfold and I make lots more money to add to the load I have already made, like most on here I like a gamble thats why I invest on AIM.
On another note I do think it starts looking a bit desperate when a company needs to keep tweeting to try and keep the SP going

I dont have a problem with the BOD , I have a problem with the same old story being told each year, i still dont think there is any need to insult people just for making a comment, its bordering on bullying.
I want this to do well just like everybody else on here, i have a significant holding here at a average of 3.1p i sold a large amount at 6.6p and hope that AA make a offer for the lot. At this time based on previous years and the length of time it is taking i just see the same old story unfolding.

Like i have said before there are quite a few getting a bit irritated on here now, i understand that people don't like negative comments however if you have been here like some including myself since the ortac days then you are going to be apprehensive of seeing the same story play out each year.
Why people like Fulmar need to get so insulting is beyond me, this a BB that anybody can say what they want to, i dont think it is right to get annoyed just because you dont like what you read.

Why does ARCM need to keep tweeting if we are going to get a offer from AA?
Do you think they are trying to get the SP to a decent level so when it doesn't happen there is still some sort of SP left?
If AA were going to make a offer what are they waiting for? If the rising copper prices are really making a difference (which i doubt) wouldn't they have got in quickly?

Seems to be a few panicking now - MMs controlling it, being held back, Copper prices rising, Charts and crystal balls.

Why all the selling if everything is rosey in the garden, surely not long now till AA make a offer or not.
These are not just day traders they are big amounts going through, i am surprised the SP is positive.
