Whatever is going on here the market dont like it, and the people selling dont either, its nice to see that people got out with a little profit, its a bit like posters who always seem to be posting on stocks that are on the rise.

There were a lot of shares given away to various companies with a alleged clause that they couldn't sell until they reached xxprice, drillers being one of them, I would assume that the bigger sells could be any one of these companies, they tend to need money for other projects or to pay salaries, alternatively it could well be people securing part of there investment, you just never know do you?

I would think if it is to be a JV then they will RNS it and the SP will act accordingly depending on the terms of it. However if it is a full buyout then i would expect a share suspension then hopefully boom we are in the money.

I can't see Nvs wanting a joint venture, he likes to be in charge, this will only happen if there is no other choice.

I hope they sell the lot for about 24p + a share, hopefully that is what NVS & Co want as well. best news we could get is a share suspension, we will know we are in business then.

It is concerning all the selling that appears to be going on every day, it seems a long time since we had a rise in the SP, given the position we are allegedly in you would think it would be higher and you would think we would be seeing at the very least some small % increases each day.
I have been here a long time and will see it out whatever that outcome may be, however if i was looking to invest right now i would be put off with the selling.

F79 I would like to apologise for doubting your integrity, what i find hard to believe is that NVS would allow this information to end up on a public forum, as some have said you would think he would issue this via a RNS.
Also i think a lot of patience will be required here, i dont know why it would take much longer to finalise things with AA but i somehow feel that it will, all i can hope is that the outcome is worth it. We will see!

I find it highly unlikely that NVS would give this sort of market sensitive information to a PI and then to allow him to publish it on a forum, or maybe he would, nothing surprises me with the way this company operates with regards to news.
Why would it take AA a further 6 months to do DD, surely that should be straightforward enough, or maybe we are being taken for idiots as usual and the Jam tomorrow will keep on going.
Lets hope that those that are followers of the great NVS are correct and he comes up with the goods, although as each day passes and if F79 is right i cant see anything but a capital raise coming our way along with a 2p SP.

You do wonder who would be selling at these prices, yes there are always going to be sellers, but why at these prices.
I understand people get sick of waiting ( bit like myself) and i know people are getting a little frustrated with "Imminently" "Shortly" and the rest of the nonsense but surely if this was a good an opportunity as most are saying on here, some more than others, you would hang on for a few weeks to make some serious money, assuming you have serious money in here to start with.

I cant see NVS hanging around here for another couple of years, why let AA enter a EA, if you were going to keep exploring yourselves you surely would have said " Thanks for the interest but were not quite ready yet"
If there intention was/is to keep drilling and assuming they know what is there then they could have had lots of majors interested in signing EAs. If AA were to pull out then in my opinion it would be unlikely anybody else would jump in.
I believe it will be all or nothing with AA, why would they want a joint venture with a small explorer AIM company.
