AA would have made a move by now if they were going to.

FU your enthusiasm for this share is great, I fully accept that patience is required in bag fulls when investing on AIM, whats dissapointing is the lack of news from the company, when was the last time we had a positive RNS with some substance in it? The noise is that lots is going on, when if ever will some if this come to fruition?
If there is a deal to be done with a massive company like AA surely they could have some positive news by now.
Surely "if" they are drilling it would have started by now, weres the news?
If you have been here for a few years I am sure you can see comparisons to previous years starting to take shape, let's hope not?

One of the problems with the selling here is that so many shares have been given away over the years for various things, you would never be able to work out who it is, M Mushinge seems to be the obvious choice, his selling could last forever given the number of share he holds, i think he is to greedy to keep selling or maybe he knows something we dont, then you have Swedish pension schemes who are probably getting cold feet by now, then there is all the shares that were given in payment for drilling (not that we ever saw the results) then there are previous directors who were given all sorts of share options.
Everybody's pocket lined except for the PI who will bear the brunt of the fall, like i have said many times the same old story is playing out.

Does nobody think it is strange all the selling that is taking place, its not just small amounts, why would somebody sell so much when we are allegedly on the cusp of great things.
What we are on the cusp of here is a slow summer, if they have started drilling why not tell us, if the have done airborne surveys why not tell us, if things are progressing nicely with AA why not tell us, the next RNS here will be a extension to the EA, followed by a big drop in the SP & more months of promises.
Overall the communication here is poor.

Question's being asked that nobody wants to answer or maybe believe.
The next RNS should be a update on what is really going on, however it is likely to be that the EA has been extended.
AA probably want the deal but have seen all the issues here before, dont forget they once owned it. There's lots of mines etc that AA have owned and there is always other AIM companies that are trying to revive them, with little success.

Its a nice change to see somebody asking questions, well done shadow, its a shame nobody can give a decent answer.
It seems a few are jumping ship now, its about time dome realised that all you will get here is Jam Tomorrow, not long now and we will be well below 5p.
Conf calls just don't do it, put it in a RNS, oh they can't because a lot of it is just rubbish.

Fulmar, i am in a few shares and would consider myself a LTH in a couple of them, the problem you seem to have is you dont like it if anything negative is said here, all you seem to do is throw insults around, i have no doubt given your posts that your research here is second to none, sadly everything you say has mounted to nothing in relation to the SP.
I do hope that everybody is right and we get a offer of some description, my view after such a long time here is i just cant see it happening any time soon.

When did they make a offer? And what was it? I don't remember them making an official offer.
If you had been here as long as i have you would have a problem trusting the board here, they haven't officially delivered anything why i have been here.
There is always more factors to align here, there always has been, its about time the board did align them and get the SP moving in the right direction, absolute joke at times!

I think people have reservations when investing here, past history never seems to let go of some shares, the last news we hade was a RNS regarding Casa & even that doesn't seem to get over the line, we then have a CC which is great to give "unofficial" updates, we have these before when it was stated that there would be no placings then there was, i take these calls with a pinch of salt. I like to see a RNS, they tend to be more reliable.
I nearly agree with everything that Major Tom states - however i do think the SP should be higher, i think something is not quite right that we are unaware of.
If AA were happy i am sure they would have made a offer by now, what are they waiting for?

I really am finding it hard to believe that people are still being positive here, the SP is down as is becoming the norm now, there are still lots of sells going through which i find strange given that we are allegedly on the cusp of a fantastic deal with AA.
4th July...we will see, IMO it wll be a extension of the agreement to keep everybody in here.
Surely now we are so close and "Copper Prices are Up" and "License's" are sorted and "Other Players" are lying in the wings buyers should be piling in, not piling out!

CGH (Formerly SBLM) own 60% of the shares here, they tend to do what they like however i doubt they would sell 20% without some sort of notification again they do what they like with little respect for shareholders.
As stated previously these shares will be coming to the market at some point ( i was lead to believe May 21) i would suggest until this is resolved nothing much positive will happen here.

It seems to me that people are getting a little bit concerned here & maybe they should, AA have been in negotiations for 10 moths or so, no update on how this is progressing, cryptic clues in the CC regarding a offer.
Problems with license areas keep popping up, poor RNS to say there are no issues.
Constant selling on quite a big scale, WHY?
As usual each year this will no doubt drag on to keep PIs invested, likely extension to EA (that's what i think)
If AA pull out this will seriously drop, if they pull out there will no doubt be a good reason for this & why would another company buy it?
I think there are big issues in the background with licenses & disgruntled sellers.

I doubt they will upload it, as usual it will keep the normal crew happy for now, hearing the team of ARCM telling everybody how great everything is but as usual unlikely to deliver.
See the seller is still about, strange that considering what is allegedly going down here. SFA.

Maybe the small issue of 128,849,961 shares that were issued to CGH (Formerly SBLM) around 60% of shares in issue are having a affect on any news being issued or any improvement in the current SP.
My understanding is that these can be sold or whatever in May 2021, i assume like myself there are quite a few SBLM shareholders thinking that these shares will become of some value shortly, i think there is a bit more going on here in the background that we are not aware of.

Be carefull Tom111, your not allowed to say that the SP hasnt moved, although you are right.

Whats changed from yesterday, theres a RNS confirming that "maybe" there will be some money for Casa later in the year.
All the theorists are out stating what might happen with AA.
Little bit extra for NVS to chat about tomorrow.
I see the seller is still about, doesnt seem to impress them & the SP is just about staying blue.

CC Thursday - lets start by explaining why we did a raise when we said we wouldn't, we found this exciting investment that will be the biggest find of the century. ( everybody sucked in) share price goes up by 1p
Next this nonsense with the license, Mr. MM is being a pest although he can mess about with the SP as he has that many shares he can sell whenever it suits him oh and chief Musthaveabung isn't playing ball (He isn't keen on AA, heard there promises before)
Finally we will be extending the EA with AA, there still not sure what we have and what we haven't due to license issues, this suits ARCM as it keeps shareholders locked in (shareprice drops by 2-3p)
