Fulmar I quite like reading you posts, when I have nothing else to do however stating you have communicated with NVS today is a bit over the top IMO, a little bit rampy.

No issues here, Fulmar has been told by NVS all is ok.
There has been problems here since MM got booked out, bear in mind his shareholding & his connections in the area. If we don't get a RNS confirming something this will drop like a stone, nothing changes here, same old story every year.

If you look on the CGO ticker there are a lot of RNS, the one on the 18/06/20 shows the number of shares we were given along with a payment, i cant find the info regarding May 2021 but remember reading it. Lets see if anything pans out although i cant see it.

I don't hate the stock i just find it annoying that the same story plays out every year, i feel i am being taken for a mug.
He also said that there wouldn't be a placing but there was, i think he finds it difficult to keep his word.

There has been some right rubbish posted on here today, i think there are a few who are starting to realise that there is a good chance that nothing will materialise here.
If NVS cant talk about the AA deal what is the point of a CC? probably a good chance to explain away the placing or maybe to explain how we might be going it alone for now, although he will probably let us know that there might be other majors waiting to get in, or maybe how he might make use of the dormant plant, or how we might be getting somewhere with Casa.
I will have a little bet that we are no further on after Thursday than we are today, or maybe i might be wrong.

The only thing that will be "Pivotal" here will be the board keeping the gravy train going for another 12 months, its the same old story playing out and the same old PIs hoping for the best, the likelihood is that AA will want to extend the agreement & ARCM will be having a drilling season without meaningful results and here we go again.
Its funny that none of the board are buying at 6p plus & ex disgruntled directors are selling at 6p plus. Yes they have skin in this game sat on a large profit.

Keeping posting copper prices, tosh about Jvs is a nonsense along with SP running commentaries oh and typing contents of a RNS when you would think most people can read on here or can they.

Nobody seems to be that bothered what the copper price is other than those that seem to keep reporting it on the BB, perhaps they think it will make a difference to the outcome.
I a sure that "IF" AA make a offer of any sorts the current price means nothing, it seems that they are not quite sure what is there or they would have made a move by now, as for the large sells i think you will find that Mr MM has something to do with that, however don't worry copper prices are at record highs..

If AA don't do a deal of some sorts this will drop like a stone, they will need more than a plan B, it is hard to believe that after 9 months they wont do something, however like a few on here I have been here a long time and nothing has happened so far.

Well said SH, I would find it hard to believe that after all this time and getting Rothschilds involved that a deal of some sort will not be done, However this is AIM and one never knows.
One main concern for me is the selling that seems to take place each day, i believe this is a unhappy ex director who can sell whenever he feels like it given the amount of shares he holds, I hope he doesnt cause trouble for ARCM in getting this over the line.

What is going on here? Copper prices at record highs, Potential deal with AA, Appointed Rothschild to deal with the said transaction, yet here we are below the placing price.
It seems to me that the selling is relentless and somebody is doing it to suppress the sells, problems with a ex director who just happens to have plenty of shares. just doesn't feel right, never just gets going here does it?

I can see this being under 6p before it moves back up, maybe that's a load of Tosh as well, we will see.
There's been a few on here stating 8p by close of play, even stock jokers i mean pickers talking about 12p & 15p what happened there?

There is still far to much selling for my liking, its good that the SP has settled down "For Now" the problem here is there is beginning to be a lack of trust and PIs are weary of buying or staying in.
Some sort of RNS would be good stating when the drills will be turning or when the plane will be flying, assuming that really is the plan.
Ideally we could do with the big RNS stating we are sold.

No matter how you try to put a positive spin on today's shenanigans it is poor on the company's part.
They should make a statement to shareholders stating what they are doing and why they are doing it, yes they are in charge and can make whatever decisions they like, however to say one thing one week and change that shortly after is wrong. I just hope like everybody else it is a positive and fruitful move, but somehow I don't see it.

If and I mean if we are drilling deeper to show AA that we can go it alone we are living in cloud cuckoo land, AA are one of the biggest miners in the world and I wouldn't think they care less what we do, if they want to buy they would get it done, if they wanted a joint venture I doubt they would want it with a small AIM listed company.Something else is happening here and I think NVS is hoping that he can spin a story on todays debacle, thats the only way he can keep this going.

Why has it taken AA 9 months to ask for ARCM to drill deeper if that is what they have asked?
I think the next bad news will be tomorrow re Casa, another drop in SP.
Then a few tweets from NVS hoping it will support the SP, then maybe a CC to again perk everybody up with more nonsense.
AA may by then decide they need another 6 months to have a think what they want to do.

You will do well to see 7p again here any time soon, something is not right, it seems to me that they have been dawdling for 9 months and still nothing to say about AA, same old story every year.
Its just another company on AIM who fleece the PI and make sure they are getting there salaries. Absolute joke. Its good to read all the spins on here today but the bottom line is were no further on than we were.
