There are no links to the court cases being rubbish? Why is there a court case if its nonsense?

Hi Fulmar, as you can see the main reason for the drop is the lack of any good news as is the case with most penny shares.
Also the constant selling is not helping especially the amounts, these are significant and nobody seems to know who and why this is happening.
There is a dark cloud over ARCM with previous directors ,court cases, licenses the list goes on, MMs love these sort of things and find it easy to drop the price.
Surely you know all this and perhaps it would help if you made some comments about these issues instead of trying to paint a rosy picture all the time, well done for remaining positive though, mind you i suppose you need to if you have encouraged other people to invest here.

I think people are clutching at straws here, one in particular, whatever is or isn't going on the market don't like it, obviously the selling doesn't help either, like i said 2.5p on the way.
When will the selling stop.

Thanks for the discussion around CU anomalies, very interesting indeed, whilst this discussion is taking place i notice that the SP has drifted below 3p "Soon to be 2.5p" would your efforts not be better used discussing why this is happening,

What we have here is a typical penny stock, invested into by penny investors.

The selling hasn't stopped and never will for the forseeable, somebody is hoping it will move back over 3p, it won't, the only thing that will move this will be good news and that won't be forthcoming either as they don't have any.
2.5 will be the next stop..

It is a shame to see people selling up here, but not surprising, why stay here when the same story keeps unfolding.
Check the RNS each year they follow pretty much the same pattern, most companies would have had the directors out by now, sadly on AIM its not that simple, the Chairmen, directors just keep going.
IMO we will see more drops next week starting tomorrow, there is no reason here to see any sort of rise in the near future.

No updates will come, well not the ones you want, there are problems here in abundance, some just don't want to accept it, until all the issues are dealt with the SP will continue to drift, the market does not trust this company.
Those that keep posting nonsense about majors, copper prices, Budgets are deluded, there families must be well down on there investments, its the last thing you want to do getting friends and family involved in this.

That's the problem here nothing ever materializes, always seem to be drilling and never produce all the results.
Talking about the budget in Zambia is not going to help here, its about time people started to ask NVS why the SP is dropping pretty much every day, ask him why all the selling is happening and does he know who it is.
If we are in talks with majors who are they and what progress is being made.

Its a poorly ran company with very little prospects if any at all.

One or Two sells this afternoon and below 3p it will go, lunch nearly over, nice raise next week to cover who knows what.
Nothing else to see here until next year, if your lucky they might announce that they are in negotiations with somebody for something and it may help the price slightly, if it does make sure you get out if you can.

You couldn't make it up really, after waiting all thus time for a decent RNS all that comes is a poorly presented one, then to follow it up with a tweet to try and salvage something, really poor by the company, if anything here its about time they let people know what is really going on, is there a major, are they still drilling, are there license issues, who's doing all the selling. Absolute joke

I agree with Ella, unless its a positive post then you are bullied, there is another view here, and for those that like myself have been here for a number of years nothing ever changes, imminent, shortly, drilling has started, NDAs, in talks with majors, problems with directors, court cases, i could go on.
The gravy train needs to keep going for some, nothing conclusive ever happens, little bounce each year, results are not as expected, then more will come shortly and on we go. The 3 million will be gone and a raise will be on the way, then possible another exclusivity agreement with one of NVS mates to keep it going, it truly is becoming a joke.

If everything on here is " a minor irritation" why is the SP still in the 3s, some said it would be 4p by today, what you have here are problems in the background that are stopping this from moving and as said earlier, until we get some clear clarification that they have now been cleared up it will likely drop further before it rises.
Everything is not rosy in the garden here.

Until all these "Issues" with licenses, legal actions, problems with ex directors and so on are finally resolved the SP will be going nowhere, whether they are false or not they need sorting out.
Yes it does seem that there is massive potential here but not with all the background problems and the big seller still in play, the AIM market along with all the other markets are struggling to get going and any sniff of bad news doesn't help.
I cant see any results being published ant time soon, well not until the problems are resolved.

Remember this last year, "Shortly" then "Imminently" and on we went to get a raise.
The selling is getting going again, if it is MM or his Pawnbroker(lol) then there is still a long way to go, i think he had 75million shares or thereabouts, anyway no worries the tax system is going to change, we have unknown majors looking at us and we have pretty pictures lots of drilling oh sorry deep drilling.

They didnt buy in, they already owned the asset and did some sort of RTO whilst locking out shareholders from selling, if they let the CGH/ SBLM shareholders have a choice what to do with there shares the likelihood is that this would tank quickly.

If you want a bit more information on what is going on with the connection with CGH have a look at the SBLM ticker, you can still see the RNS section which shows information regarding the Lubu coal project and the "Big" plans they had for it.
For some reason it all went pear shaped and SBLM was suspended and then re-named CGH, they appear to have done some sort of RTO with CGO hence the ownership of Lubu. To me it all seems strange but that is the problem investing in Africa.
For the record i am invested here as i like most feel that there is some money to be made (and lost) i for one will be out at the first spike. This IMO is extremely high risk.

Whilst you all argue (well 2 of you) about ifs & buts i see the selling continues and the SP keeps drifting each day, lovely pictures of something but nothing that has any influence on the SP. We are now at the twitter / picture stage again to try and improve the SP, next will be a director buy and a promised drill results.
Same story every year, disgraceful really.
Is that a placing i can hear, nearly forgot about that.
