27/03/20 (Alliance News) - Kazera Global PLC on Friday posted a narrowed loss for 2019 and said that its investee is progressing on the development of the Namibian tantalite mine.

The AIM-listed investment company reported a pretax loss of GBP524,000 for 2019 compared to GBP794,000 loss a year earlier. The company did not generate any revenue during the either year.
Kazera, through its stake in African Tantalum Pty Ltd, has an interest in the Namibia tantalite investment mine.

I don't get Doge at all other than doing it for a laugh & attention seeking though. Doge has an unlimited supply originally 100 billion tokens but another 5 billion every year now according to Wikipedia but I guess starting out at a few cents each it looks cheap at 6c but market cap is almost $8Bn and turnover in last 24hrs is the same, mental.

Their business model is to get a Company to issue them shares as their fee for writing research which they will sell at some time after receipt. They don't invest their own capital.

Kazera Global Plc ("Kazera Global", "Kazera" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company, announces that the Company has issued 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of warrants by Align Research Limited. The exercise price for the warrants is 0.3 pence per share.

That's a positive for me, granting employee options at 94p nothing we will notice what was it 231K shares? Bet theres lot on here with similar amounts!

It keeps key staff with paying them over the odds and gets them motivated with skin in game.

I'm in BMV following Align Research, I am aware they talk their own book but quite often call it right.Their last comms was this tweet so basically we are in a closed period with no info now?

I usually pay £5.95 online, on the telephone it gets answered in few rings and you are speaking to a dealer in Bristol.
They get you a quote last week i got 39 to 41 so he said if get you 41 are you happy to proceed, I said yes and make it £2K
He cames back 30secs later with 4950 shares at 40p and £20 commission.
£20 is the minimum or 1% so don't buy less than £2k at a time, simples

Not specific to HOC but selling any stock into a vacuum should to be avoided.

If everyone is selling and no buyers spreads will widen and eventually trading will be halted as brokers go offline.
Better to be buying at the point of despair not selling as snap back is intense.
