The American multinational has listed job postings for a Senior Manager, and Software Development Engineers (SDE), and Managers (SDM) to drive the payment product.

In the job posting for SDE and SDM, Mexico is listed as their initial launch country.

For the Senior Manager post, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, and other “emerging countries” were listed as the starting point. The personnel will also work towards “co-branded credit cards” funded using digital currency.

It is unclear as to what form of digital currency Amazon will adopt. The project’s team would need to build a business product using “scalable Native AWS technologies.”

That's a good analogy with Greyscale as they are an early stage blockchain investor that started in 2016 I think.
Kryponite started in 2016 as well though so a lot of that 2000x comparison is in the price?
