Agree with your sentiment - but business is business and thats often the way of things where long term holders going through years of pain to be taken out for a "Cheap" price - we'll see....
Im quite happy with PC continuing to build the company - hopefully full value can be realised over the next 24 months...
Placing now in as somewhat expected - Agree with others on here that this now should give us a clear run at it in terms of permitting and formally starting up operations to get the revenue coming in.
Whats the view of potential takeover target here? - I think it could be an attractive option for a buyer - If PC can get permitting done (think this is very low risk now) togther with formalised off-takes\customers on board then could be ripe for a bid...
In the event I'd expect to be looking at 0.75-1p as a target price....

Absolutely calmtrader - entire commodity complex if falling off a cliff because of USD strength, ultimately there will have to be some USD intervention IMO as otherwise things will get very nasty - already starting to break nations...
Looks like the permitting as effectively been priced in, and from the RNS looks like we're on track which of course is good news.
SP still langishing which is disappointing - confirmation of the funding situation together with formal offtake agreements are clearly required to boost the SP and give us our re-rating....
Quite the large delayed sell from Friday - interestingly the SP remains static.... MMs happy to absorb it seems.....
Of course everyone has their reasons for selling however you would suggest its forced given expected newsflow!
On one hand there is certainly potential here - however Jam tomorrow approach, failed projects and continual dilution have certainly taken their toll - for me this really is do or die time for SRES (and my investment!) - as noted previously, biggest fear is that SP continues is death march which makes funding impossible short of reverse split - but even then the market cap would still be woeful....
I have been a long term lurker here and have been invested in SRES for years - clearly not the ROI I was hoping for and have been extremely disappointed in performance over the years....
That said, we have now a project that has advanced significantly with 3 major hurdles to overcome in order to see a significant rise in the SP for us long suffering PIs
1 - Approval for Mining - exp Q4 - I cannot see how this would be rejected (worst case rejected pending revisions?) given the locale and nature of the mining itself - so whilst dont want to fully count chickens before hatched the risk weighting for this has to be pretty low - 10%??
2 - Confirmation that we can sell the stuff - i.e. signed up customers - higher risk weighting here however the market is certainly on the up as per previous posts and so in the grand scheme again this looks very positive - that said until agreed then nothing is agreed
The biggest risk we have from a value perspective is the initial funding that would be required to finance initial production and ensure cash flow - given the SP is in the gutter some form of up front customer payment\debt finance would be certadinly preferrable - and in the grand scheme of things should be entirely manageable given the relative short term nature of said financing.....
Between now and mine permitting the issue may be one of lack of news which again wont help the SP - hopefully we may be able to get some further RNSs around testing and\or progressing customers....
Just my 2 cents - GLA
