Does anyone know what the position is with regard to selling these on HL?
I have complained to HL, it's not good enough to blame a third party as they have chosen that third party to act on their behalf. Will update when I hear further.
I have just come on here to see if there was any comment about this as I am trying to sell mine with HL as we speak. Sold my holding with Interactive Investor nearly 6 weeks ago. Will be moving from HL as soon as i get this sorted.

Once deployed, there were issues regarding the usability.
So, they developed promate to overcome these issues and it worked like a charm, well done Novacyt.
Now DHSC wanted Promate, fine ok, Novacyt said, as per contract, they could have it, AFTER they had used the previous exsig.
DHSC, were entitled to upgrades to exsig, again as per contract. However, this was as well as, not instead of. So once the exsig had been used up, yeah sure you can replace it with Promate, no issues.
DHSC imo don't have a leg to stand on, they approved Exsig and took delivery of it. Weaknesses in exsig were quickly pointed out and Novacyt responded admirably.
This doesn't absolve DHSC of their commitments, novacyt could have done nothing and just said, you knew what you were buying. But no, novacyt did the decent thing and addressed the problem.
The DHSC reneged and said we now don't want what we bought, we want the better version. OK, but you need to pay for what you bought.
DHSC said no, and now the dispute.
They also then reneged on phase 2.
My opinion now is that DHSC are a bunch of untrustworthy crooks, not honouring deals made in good faith and now throwing companies who stepped up under a £350 million per week bus.
If this goes to court, there is absolutely no way DHSC could win this.
In his/her opinion of course.
Agree ValJu. Our local council is dreadful, one told me she couldn't answer my query as she was working from home and couldn't access the system (in which case WFH isn't working). My BIL applied for his driving licence back in June (suspended temporarily for medical reasons) and he still hasn't heard from them. Took my friend 3 weeks to get an appointment to register her husband's death.
It wouldn't surprise me if it didn't drag on for another year at this rate. Or maybe (glass half full) DA isn't buying shares because the end is in sight :) Just one of the things that passed through my mind among many.
And cases still rising worldwide

Yes we're still here but I have so many green boxes at the moment that i lose track of some of the threads :) It's a bit of a kick in the guts the way this has fallen so low. I have been wondering if someone has been eyeing up the company at these prices even with the dispute.
John, I have bought all the way from around the £1 to £9. Hindsight and all that..... I do believe it will turn around at some point but have to consider if selling some and going elsewhere will give a quicker return.
