CS from what I have seen it seems the BOD are worse than NCYT but we appear to be having LR on the NCYT board and the blame for poor management is down to him. Maybe JW can justify his position and sort it out but I won't hold my breath. Still trying to find time to see what YGEN does as not familiar with them.

RNS on the 3rd, paragraph 10 Novacyt's strategic plans for Yourgene
"Following the Effective Date, it is intended that Lyn Rees, the current Chief Executive Officer of Yourgene, and Dr John Brown, the current non-executive chairman of Yourgene, will remain on the board of Yourgene and will join the board of Novacyt. Following the Effective Date, the board of Novacyt will therefore comprise of two executive directors, being James McCarthy and Lyn Rees, and five non-executive directors, being James Wakefield, Juliet Thompson, Andrew Heath, Jean-Pierre Crinelli and Dr John Brown. Each other non-executive director on the Yourgene Board will resign from the Yourgene Board with effect from the Effective Date. Dr Bill Chang and Dr Joanne Mason will remain employed by Yourgene but will also resign from the Yourgene Board with effect from the Effective Date".
I asked the question about when we could expect forward projections, it was not addressed in the reply. Apparently the Board aren't asking for a payrise, they are asking for the 2022 pay to be approved with the same amount for 2023.

Agree about the background noise, sounded like laughing and washing up going on from my end. If it was that was unprofessional. I need to listen again as missed some of what he said but nothing to set the world on fire and some back-pedalling about the £100m in 4 years time.
I installed an adblocker called uBlock Origin on my laptop - I don't get anything on it now. I don't use my phone as the ads make it impossible, too small so when you try to closed them you end up going onto the site.
