If dilution then yes as it will have to receive interest and this will only occur at a discount to sp now
But jay and others have emphasised many times they don’t now want dilution but a prtner possibly for the reasons I mentioned in my post
To go from £1.56 to 20p is unjustified on just alkaid 2 results and jay not picking up share options

Louis I’ve read your posts as many have on here now and your point of view
I respect all on here as I would want all on here to respect my view which I admit is a little less
Knowledgable than Scot or olderwiser and others
But not to say I’m a stupid or ignorant person
I have picked up over time invested with this oiler and others that exploration is high risk and before flowing oil takes investment in dilution raising funds or farminee
Dilution means we still retain 100 % which we do but of course more shares or farminee cash in bank and experienced partner
We have now drilled 3 or 4 counting alkaid 1
And all have flowed
4 out of 4
And alkaid 2 dalton highway and taps
550 barrels 750 no matter
as it was to tell us it’s there and it flows we went in horizontal at 5500 not the 8000 intended so would have them got the 750 plus
I’ve no doubt this story has a way to go and we need now a partner in my eyes as cash raising only brings minimum drills over a larger period of time with winter drilling theta and talitha etc
A partner let’s hit everything all at the same time with a conservative 2 Bln in place plenty to farm out to a partner and clear the debt hanging over the company with surplus cash
I understand industry standard of oil in place is usually 30% not 10% as indicated by jay
To summarise I wish you well Louis and hope you can see some positiveness in this company

Do you hold any shares in pantheon as if you are this negative re the company would you not sell and put what you’ve come out with into another investment your happy with and if you are invested you must be living in hope the company

Would you know if we’re testing the same zones being so close to each other with our alkaid and there hickory drill

Also agree nows the time to have onboard a large company partner
Most of the issues we’ve had are machinery rig or coil tubing units not available and if we can push on wish talitha and theta with all
These parts available to us from a Partner then all well if we hit a problem and so solved asap especially with these wells on ice pads and not dalton highway
Billions oil in place could we go for an oil search deal with Armstrong at $3.10 per barrel or more due to our vicinity and Lowe cost sour the ground and oil per barrel

Board putting their money where their mouths are at this mad price and with their enthusiasm with where we’re heading
Rather than a farminee for just a percentage of alkaid acreage I’d rather a percentage and investment on the whole damn Lot all 3 plays
So we can bank some funds and get on proving up and flowtesting every thing we have over the shortest period of time
Being told next drill winter 2023/24 and so forth yearly is too long a time intervals
Jay ain’t getting any younger like most of us lol
