of 200.000 barrels a day

Doing figures at $84 dollars a barrel as was price Friday close

Is $17.8 million a day turnover

$6.5 billion a year approx

Astronomical figures if realised

Have I got this right ??

If so and bod are convinced they can achieve this then value of company at present £100 mlll is ridiculous

All thoughts welcome

So much unfounded speculation on this board over last few months

So many would be oil

Wait for n and s cpr. For kodiak

Industry also waiting and then happy to table a farmout bid I bet

Bids already received and rejected none of us know what these were and how many only the board

We have enough funds for cprs and smd testing

If we have to raise and dilute for next stage so be it but with that as Hobbs said comes an increase in sp incrementally as we progress

As mentioned somewhere to date with lease purchases. Drills. 4 or 5 at £20 m a pop and 3 d seismic at £300 mill this owes to

Company a large £400 mill plus at approx share price 50p

No way are bod selling down the river at anything less the co assets

And confirming it is commercially Viable

and with netherland and Sewell hopefully being positive in its report too this week

I’d like to think a.re rate is well overdue

As the only thing I can seee that sent the share price into free fall was the alkaid 2 drilling results viewed as uncommercial

Whether oil or mix of ngls s. With unit on site once in full procuction must be a good thing

To add if I may leading on from the webinar

How many first production drills at 5000 ft lateral get it right first time

New guy confirmed all his previous wells always need tweaking and understanding from first production test well

We now have that data and know how to improve sand, frac. And improve distance and depth

And as stated this is commercially viable at 550 x4

2200. Allowing for double drill 10.000 and improved frac

2200. X. 79 pb. X 365. Do the maths yourselves

As also stated this will produce 24 hours a day 365 a year unlike alkaid 2 previously

So upshot I got from webinar tonight

Improved frac x2. 550. Barrels achieved incl ngl =

1100

And 10.000 lateral double 5000 drilled x2 550 =1100

So total bpd 2200 and this is a very conservative figure could be much more from £13 mill investment

500. Wells over alkaid alphun acreage and 1000 over theta eventually

I know some will say pie in the sky but hey don’t shoot the messenger

Thinking David’s plans through over five years to achieve value $5 - $10. And then may just sell up if price right seems a bit of an anticlimax for him especially moving to Houston etc

Omg this board is getting out of hand no structured or relevant posts whatsoever in the last days weeks even

Can I start a non aggressive thread at all and ask for input without any form of put down or slating off

We are due netherland and Sewell report in the next days to come and it seems a huge amount of importance from the board has been put on this

How much interest is this going to generate throughout the industry and how much pull does n and s have re their reports and have industry companies made important decisions once they’ve received them

Whatever Good or bad report bod have confirmed it is independent and. No reason to believe otherwise

We are still up for farmout or full buyout as long as figure is right for all

Potential to give away 1/2 of company to fund full

Schlumberger but up to now it’s us saying we have 20 bln in place 2 bn recoverable

Hopefully ns report will give more credible accreditation but both others are well respected in the industry

Short of successful flowtesting from all zones it

Might be just how we’re viewed by industry

I know Hobbs is quoting $5-$10. A barrel

But I’d like to quote figures in terms of share price as barrels of oil is open to many factors

Price of oil at time

Cost to extract and bring to market

Distance from taps. Ie a hot tap mentioned is for alkaid drill is it ?? but theta is miles from taps

As touched on £1.56 last year I think a good get out would be £3 p/ share within the next 12 months

Smd test September min cost £8 mill approx

Theta Xmas flowtest and talitha £25 mill each. So not too huge a find raise at this level or dilution of shares and we did have lots interest from last one

The industry know what we have and true value but playing the company valuation against depleted share price but you can only do this for so long

Ns. Report wil help lots to wait for today and see

No one has the patience for 6+. Raises or loans up to $300 mill and 5 year plan including jay ithink
