The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Having been a shareholder many moons ago in 88 I do feel for the shareholders many good people I met at meetings. At the globe Managenent must provide some sort of plan for the future going forward
Leaves me to confirm we do need David and our board to roll out asap our potential suitor and details of any deal for the $150 m plus so we can have confidence of no more dilution
Just waiting on the alphun rerate and I think we will then here
Aim listing and oil exploration
Two of the riskiest plays in investing lol
Great post older
And making clear funding to achieve cash generative will be on a draw down facility only and weighted towards end closer to cash coming into coffers
David Hobbs quoting over months talks with 5 plus suitors now down to one favoured source with agreeable terms I believe we’re nearly there if not already with a deal just to receive last 2 reports to cross t s and dot the I s
We seem to have again all the negativity surrounding a possible cash raise
And share price has stalled through non confirmation of funds to progress David’s overall plans Well for my pennies worth if I may
I’m happy to dilute from 944 m shares we are now at £318m and do 50%. Raising £150m and shares then 1.4 b out there
Fully funded then of the $120 m needed to be cash generative with $30m to clear loan we have still exsisting
We’ve been told kodiak oil is at 1.25 b and alphun shortly at approx my guess 750m. Totalling 2b barrels
This being a conservative estimate as David confirms higher figures being 4 b
All now ours. And no deal done to third party
David’s objective 5-10$ a barrel
Playing safe $7.5. Or £6 equivelent at 4 b barrels
£24 b. At 1.4b shares
£17.1 per share.
For arguments sake half that so £8.50
I’m still happy with that
What do you guys think
Early July hopefully finding out whom the company is and what the deal on the table will be
But listening to we inar David confirms figures mentioned are well in excess of finding needed to get to cash sufficient $120 m
Also any monies raised would be nice to pay off the $22 m outstanding loan too ???
Without any form of ramping
It all seems Very positive for company to be pushing forward with design and awarding contracts to companies to design and look to build production facility
Increase their in country team whilst pushing on with licences from exploration to production with Tanzanian government whilst still having to carry out ewt testing and understanding resevoir parameters and flow rates
A lot happening behind the scenes
As helium flowed pure at 4.7 its hard to equate against any other helium producer
All info appreciated and views
As stated early 3 rd quarter is timeframe for ewt so not to. Long a wait
My take from webinar was it wasn’t the loss of a potential vendor but the whittling down by the company of a preferred one and advanced negotiations nearer completion
Once final cpr s have come in and confirming total barrels of both alphun and kodiak fields
Also David mentioned figures being discussed by vendor financing is in excess of figures needed at ground floor $120 mill bringing oil to market and being cash flow sufficient
We all read things how we read them but let’s be clear honest and transparent please
I’ve read over the weeks as I’m sure many others have many posts from roger jolly yours and many others incl shareguru all both positive and negative
Also watched all rns news flows and podcasts and being a non professional and no industry experience feel a very positive vibe coming from industry and Lorna which you would expect
If independent analysis as promised and sub surface modelling could be provided asap then a cash raise I can’t see as a problem with with plans to carry out a ewt and then possible suitors throwing their hats in the ring whether full buyout jv or off takers and vendor deals
What I would say and keeping an open mind is the two sides of a coin
We know 4.7 helium show and hydrogen to surface with no uplift and flow
Playing devils advocate what is the possibilities of it not flowing commercially a trapped zone showing only and not a reserve or other
Only so an informed balance can be addressed
For potential investors
This said I’m happy with
My gamble as that’s what it is as is aim and I have trust in Lorna and the board
Good luck all
Lots of negatives re fundraise
But didn’t the last £4.7m get raised.after the drill was completed and 4.7 helium show reported
So the raised sum has not been allocated yet to ie extended well test and so no more funds needed until this has been completed but if so a raise is needed it would only fortify and advance our huge realised.asset and push forward to interested parties to invest or purchase us outright
Good luck to all 88 holders
Hope it’s a great find for you and it flows
I for one here at pantheon wish you loads luck you certainly deserve it and hope both companies can go on and share info and technical assistance for mutual benefit and hopefully cost savings
Would it be great idea to share costs for ie a valve for taps access to bring oil to market
Fingers crossed all maybe an rns from aus tonight
Lots of excitement brewing over on 88 site and on otc market up20% today
Its been reported pantheon have supported 88 in their drill program and it being only a few hundred yards from our field
What will them having a positive impact and oil show then mean to us
Also believe they are targeting zones we have not at present
But all the luck in the world to them plenty of oil on the slope for all and to share info can only be a good thing
Reading the latest rns
Regards potential gas deal with Alaskan gas company and looking to flow gas into pipeline alongside the dalton highway in 2029 again reinforces to me anyway the future plan and modelling David is putting together to cover the $5-$10 dollars per barrel for 201-8 or sooner
More importantly deals with minimum dilution to shareholders
Can anyone guess a dollar figure annually what gas deal could be worth to pantheon roughly
Credibility intact rns as promised end Q1
roadmap still on course seems
Webinar planned
Dorward Drilling program. Planned
Gas deal looks promising Alaskan gov
Vendor financing and service deal still going forward
N&s cpr still to look forward to and imminent
Incl appraisal all new barrels on extra acreage
A POSITIVE. RNS
I agree with your view Scot something is boiling below the surface re Alaska discussing the lng issue and a possible pipeline to bring to market
I also think more importantly David is a very wise owl and he must bring his rns on funding going forward out by next Thursday and Netherlands report too Which course is out of his hands , if his to keep face and confidence of his bigger plan going forward for ultimate 2028 barrel price
Incl USA listing permits etc
With such volotility in the world it must be a thought for all in the USA to produce their own gas and oil and in their own back yard more so than ever
Thanks Stephen
That question been on my mind too
Also in rns it was also confirmed they were not waiting on these results by a third party but pushing ahead
As they know what they have
I’d imagine no ok get than 6 weeks when their own testing on site was carried out
