Talk about logistics and transportation and production units
i think answers are all out there in the previous rns and proactive podcasts
if a successful ewt then either a jv partner experienced in producing transporting and selling as lorna has alluded too with talks already tentatively been with the big boys already with he1 or a total buy out ideally and lorna and team move onto to next project fully capitalised
if a jv then large cash injection and acceptable percentage left on table for us once agreed too and voted by shareholders
i'm personally hoping for end of august
last tuesday we had an rns and hardly any rise in sp
amazing to hear 168m extended and shows all way down to bottom and higher grades ???????????
into 2 new fractures
Once ewt testing has begun on new 2 zones
company will know what they have regards pressure and helium quality
my question is will any info good or bad be released to the market or will whole ewt be completed and then released
and also without putting a negative spin on it if they know they have a world game changer then why would they need to do a dilution before positive rns is given as they won't need to raise cash but if they know alls not well now then they would have to do a dilution before results as they won't have any funds to go any further forward with buisness they would be dead in the water and no way would they raise a bean after
any one else a take on this
Cheers joe for such an informative post
and looking like it was always going to be a producing well then
which lorna always alluded too
i think as a company especially exploration lorna's strength is jus this and not as a producer
the production plant design was i think it was part of the mining licence application and so required
but im going with other poster mentioning company be sold
lock stock and barrel and lorna moves on to her other licences areas
i'm hoping so anyway
Guys any chance we can get back on topic helium 1
hoping for rns just to confirm we've reached td
target depth without any issues and casing applied and drill removed
then it's just a time span of approx 4 weeks to flow what's there and some tests down hope but nothing major
I'm guessing helium have pushed ahead with mining application over last 5 months as they know they have commercial well here
just off their previous 961 m drill and pressure and helium 4.7 is enough needed just reserve size
if other zones don't show helium doesn't matter
if from 961 m to extended drill 200 m further and this has helium shows we're flying as this will i feel give size or thickness of reservoir
lots to play for
Not a fan then scott
understand dilutions and not happy either but they have got us to where we are now and all positions before this was exploration
next step commerciality and game changer
the next £50m raise is like a guy said weeks ago
after winning the lottery borrowing a tenner for taxi to cash in your ticket lol
Looking back great video thanks for posting
a lot of good stuff and insightful
i take away from it the drill we have has found helium at 961 metres and is pure gold 4.7 plus with hydrogen
with entering two further zones now extending drill we now have 3 bites of the same cherry
increasing flowrate
helium purity
and reservoir size
in next rns due hopefully soon declaring td being reached be great to hear helium was found all the way down on all targeted zones
so exciting nail biting at same time
bacardi is keeping me going lol
The value of the sp is not reduced because of the cost of dilution and added increase in shares to market
the cash raised by dilution is used to prove up and propel the company forward with its plans to commercialisation through ewt or purchase of its own rig etc and so adds ultimate value to the company
not rocket science here
as would be raising capital by further dilution to cover the £50 m for the production facility to be self sufficient and cash generative ultimately increasing value for shareholders
I agree with your comments about all having the right to post their thoughts good or bad and your finish with dyor
so as much as the positive sentiment is researched and included by industry professionals can you back up your negative comments re no good news coming out from company or tanzanian government stealing the company back !!!!!
No rns can also be seen as a good thing
if the drill had encountered problems the company would have to notify the market
and as mentioned 150m would of taken approx 2 days to drill were now 8 days in from start of extended drill
last friday so should have easily hit target depth by now
mondsy rns is also my guess and if we have hit td just flowrate to be left for 4 weeks no problems
easy run from here
Reading your post
how do you think raising capital to achieve next stage of commercialism is creating more risk i'd say it's reducing it
why does drill need to confirm what first drill achieved and has been independently verified
and finally feasibility survey has been ongoing since february and has a lot to do with environmental impact logistics local communities etc
we are literally looking to understand size of reserve here
we already have acceptable pressure and helium content
each box ticked reduces chance of success in my view
but agree we all have different perspectives
Your quite right it is all guesswork
and as helium isnt traded on a market it hard to value as its supplier to customer droven contractual basis so anything from $500 to $1000 mcf
air liquid just completed a helium deal in usa for £1 billion alone
so many mechanics involved
being invested in oil for
many years can see similarities in getting out the ground
helium pure 4.6 % no carbons to remove
hydrogen content 2.2 %
no artificial lift required
licence percentage to tanzanian government
more experienced guys on here can help with costs
good luck to everyone here
it's all talk at mo but let's keep it nice talk
Talk of SP years ago , february , now and potential is over thinking it a little
we're at £66m. now
if proven asset with billion plus reserve send this to at least £500 m or half a bill straight away
so 8 x bagger from here 10p
double if air liquid shown interest £1 billion. jv for 50 %. or total buyout your guess is as good as mine
20p plus
risk has to be in relation to reward especially on AIM
As someone previously observed
i believe lorna didn't need to extend depth as she has enough to go with
flowtesting what we've already seen at 961 metres with pressure and helium content 4.7
just needs to know reserve size
and with that knowledge she was happy to push forward with production planning and mining permits regulations and application going forward
just my
opinion
also to add she may have been offered by a jv the £8 m needed but at too
much of a percentage go away. of the company. and even though it was a bloodbath we still own 100 % of
the company and if all goes well in a great position for jv or even a full buyout
