with recent cash raise cannot see any reason for any more dilution on short to mid term with no more drilling being planned

going over this weeks posts there seems to be a tremendous amount of input asking whom will be interested in helium one

chinese. linde. exxon. air liquid or more

a bidding war may just occur fingers crossed

just keep the faith for a little time more and sure all will be rewarded

we have equity split of 83%. us and 17%. tanzania government

our split can diluted again and again and again without affecting their 17% if it needed to be

but i completely think will not happen as it puts us into a very vulnerable position they don't want as that type partner

a jv has to be and will be the only way forward thus creating 3 partners
