My apologies Louis for confusion
The $150 m is initial investment needed to get 1 st wells up and running and infrastructure plus tie into taps and being self sufficient
The 50% figure of farm in was not as a reflection of company value but of giving no more away on a farm in than 50 % or less at a value I would imagine of no less than $1 b.
I know youl object as valuation at mo is around 200 m plus but it’s all about oil in the ground and buisness plan in my eyes
Does this make better sense
Hi Louis
Thanks for reply post to mine earlier
Not being in the industry but now a substantial holder of shares I enjoy trying to understand and educate myself with both panr and the bod and their objectives and many on here in the industry have provided and still do posts understandable to the likes of myself and others I’m sure to which we’re all grateful especially mamaris olderwiser etc
All on the board are not going to be positive about things like yourself and I understand this but you must back this up as to why and produce figures and so make your posts and position on the site relevant
I like your posts when not personnel and find them amusing if nothing else
Good luck with your investment if you do have one and if you do begs the question
WHY. !!!!!!!!!
So here’s hoping to a refined frac giving. A greater efficiency of at least double to 40% and even hoping for 60 or 80% even
Obviously will achieve a positive effect but how much and how important would this be to attracting investment and to the company
Would be nice to have some form of diary to when we need first tranch of investment and to be used for what
After smd we then looking forward to netherland alphun report around first 3 months 2024
And thereafter???????
Thanks mamaris for earlier post and seems you have David’s ear and it’s comforting to know his bringing to the table some big hitters and I’m sure 3rd parties are watching very closely at panr and wondering when to make a move with so much interest being shown
Good luck all
See88 share price on the move good luck too them and their soon drill
Can only be shared good news to both companies
As jay mentioned were more than happy to share info to help them and hopefully Them us more than enough oil to go around 2 heads better than one
I’d be more inclined to view a similar deal of oil search and Armstrong at $3.10. Per barrel recoverable few years back
At a market price then of $50 approx per barrel
We’re now at $90 plus with taps and dalton within view of our field so minimal infrastructure required and costs to extract and bring to market minimal
So netherland coming back with next cpr at approx 500mmb totalling 1.5 b farming out 10% = 150 mmlb at same $3.10 so $450 m. To push on with plans
Does this seem realistic ???? And in line with oil searches figures and present market sentiment
So bringing it back to panr and relevant conversation
As we need to raise at least $150 million start off funds to get to next level
What would be the pros and cons of raising it with 1 1. partner thus giving a percentage of company ie 50 %.
2. Or percentage of barrels retrieved. 1.5 billion
3. Or finally a dilution and fund raise to the markets
All Thoughts appreciated
Whilst waiting for next news killing time who’d agree with my figures below
1.5 bbl. X. $7.5. Per barrel.
( David’s stated $5-$10 previously so going middle)
Total. $.11.25 b. So. £9.23b Resource value
900 million shares now and allowing double through dilution or farm in 50% so 1.8b shares total
To summarise. £9.23 b. Divided. By. 1.8 shares
£5.13p. Per share
Happy days
And by Jove I think Dave the lad can pull it off
Anyone know when roadshow is going ahead highlighting pantheon to would be institutions also just a note rose a k in Scotland field out it he North Sea is quoting £8 billion in investment for a 350m barrel yield. We’re minimum 1.5 billion on the dalton highway with our own taps access. In an environmentally friendly zone and positive backed government This has got to cross an oil majors radar at some point ??
Thanks flutter for taking time to post. Very positive from all 3 guys and to see some of the lovely black gold a bonus. So hoping to go from a 20%. Frac result. At alkaid 2 drill to a 40 %. Frac here at smd and hopefully more industry standard sees 80%. So fingers crossed and not forgetting double lateral lenghth drill at later date doubling again bpd so much to hope and look forward too a big good luck to all whom have held long
Read and very informative as a 10 point analysis
Some negatives ie dilutive financing which I agree with but also is missing positives
