if not then there's precedents been set for previous applications for those type resource licences

whereas helium 1 is the first helium mining application in country i believe so setting industry standards and parameters and requirements

this is the first time tanzania are issuing a licence for a helium play

not like oil or gold or other commodities already in place

so no precedent set
