been mentioned for the government to promote helium 1 and the helium sector so strongly plus mining licence at conferences and in media would be a huge negative not to then see it through with licence approval and damage not just our helium sector but all other mining applications or plans going forward in the country

they need this to work and showcase as much as we need it

also to see 6 billion shares in circulation and such a tiny fraction being traded is amazing

seems all are sitting in their lottery tickets fingers crossed and just waiting

First time. i've seen this interviews and very happy with it

as for 12 months to production from ml agreed not got an issue with this as with jv completed and modular production plant design and construction and set up of transport drilling logistics don't think it's that unreasonable compared to oil and gas

and 30 plus drills to complete also

Hopefully ml has been approved by now and we're just waiting on the final details agreed and due diligence completed by a jv partner and all will be revealed at the same time before next weeks agm

Value sp would this equate to a company

in real terms allowing for extraction. logistics getting to market

also then allowing for. jv partner and their stake or buy in

we can the. really see the true value of 5 billion shares

i'm hoping for a. extra table reserve of 5 bcf

i do have two points to raise

with both helium 1 and tanzanian government using the phrase a find of global significance what size would this typically be in bcf ( billion cubic feet )

and secondly as the derampers state it alls going down hill

if the mining application and eisa and all other details ewt etc are all going to fail and smoke screens and lies what was the point as its not inflated the share value at all for anyone's benefit and all money raised from dilution has been ploughed back in

so my take is its all to play for and looking positive

but would add my opinion as being an exploration company its down to levels of risk

and until we have confirmation of ml , resource size and jv it will stay risky

and institutions will be happy to get in at 3,4 or 5p as long as those boxes are ticked they don't need to be in at 1p as will be totally misled then and ideally a producer

i'm holding strong anyway and wish everyone well and a big rise before xmas

so less than $600k cash burn for over 6 months

with $11 mill still in bank very reassuring and can see no raise needed at all. to keep the lights on

easily finance as i see it for next 12 months plus

by then a deal or jv done in tanzania and colorado. income coming into coffers

so a significant investment needed even with our own drill

but i also would add apart from the funding which is massive double our company value nearly

it's the experience of production and logistics also needed from a player on the industry

and selling into the industry all contacts we don't possess as an explorer not a producer

we have funds to keep the lights on until mid 2025

and there's no way we could raise through placing the many millions needed to go into production
