I agree that it does get the bad news out of the way.

However on the positive side it is good news that our current nomad was not involved. Think how much worse it woukd be if they were at fault.

And also how positive for our broker to commit to print that BMN may have made more money for its shareholders than any other company on AIM.

Whatever ones opinion of our broker / nomad surely those points should be greeted positively?

Ophidian your gross misrepresentation of our previous conversations back in whenever stuns me. My brutality? I remember being the victim of the full force of your sarcasm and oatronising and rude comments. The gentlest comments you directed my way for supporting Fortune included 'happy clappy' and 'blind faith'. The harsher / ruder ones I will not repeat.

However in the end I was right about Fortune. You are sitting on large profits because he indeed did have the ability to deliver, just as I have consistently said. Another reason why I am smiling.

I truly hope we have moved on from those days. Hopefully your intervention earlier does not lead us down that path of negativity.

And to clear up any doubt whatsoever about SP Angel there were first appointed as Joint Broker on 16 December 2016, just in case there is any suggestion of their involvement. On that date Strand Hanson were still the Nomad and Beaufort were the other broker.

Great response from SP Angel backing their client and clearing up any doubt about their involvement. They reported the news but included this phrase:

"The Nomad at the time of the breach was Strand Hanson and the broker was Beaufort Securities who are now in Administration due to action by the SEC."

And then what a great way to give their backing to BMN:

"Bushveld Minerals is the second most successful share in the FTSE AIM All Share Index this year at 394% uplift and a market cap of £470m just behind Tern a cloud computing business at 622% performance and a market cap of just £35m.

This means that Bushveld has, in all probability, made more money for investors than any other stock on the AIM market this year in terms of value creation with exceptional strong earnings and cash flow growth."

On 02 December I wrote the following as part of a response to a negative poster:

"The official position is stated in the RNS of 5 November 2018 as follows:

"Production at Brockham from the Kimmeridge layers planned to commence before end of this year."

And again in same RNS:

"The second objective is to initiate commercial production from the Kimmeridge layers at the Brockham Oil Field which is planned to commence before the end of the year. Angus Energy has the only existing production licence in the Weald Basin. The Company intends to re-enter the Brockham X4Z well to access approximately 200m of interbedded naturally fractured Kimmeridge shale and limestone layers which share a number of characteristics with Balcombe."

As I understand it the company has stated that the time frame has not been altered and therefore I expect production from the Kimmeridge before the end of the year,"

Looks like the company may well deliver on that promise, subject perhaps to confirmation by Alan that with today's action that target is still achievable?

Haha thanks for clearing that up 'Mr' FastMoney. I am aware (and glad) that we have women invested here as well as men. I am sure I make the common mistake of using male terms but am trying to be more respectful to them.

By the way I don't know how to use rollovers either. But then I don't need them. I found a great company (BMN), invested in that company and sat back and watched the profits increase. Occasionally I add to that holding, but happy just to let the company do its job and watch the value of my holding increase. The one great asset any investor here needs is patience. Those LTHs who have it have been very well rewarded, and in my opinion the journey has only just begun. Strong buy / hold.

Sells and buys

The London Stock Exchange does not tag trades as buys or sells. It just gives the price.

Some platforms like unregistered page of MoneyAM just list the trades in black and white and it is up to the reader to work out whether a buy or sell. I prefer this as I am forced to use my brain to work out buys and sells. I also do frequent dummy trades to establish actual quotes for buys and sells and confirm my assumptions. This combination works well for me.

Other platforms, including HL and LSE, work out the midpoint between the official bid and ask and software then tags any trade that falls below the midpoint as a sell and colours the trade red (whether in reality a buy or sell). This is an automated computer process.

Similarly any trade above the midpoint is tagged a buy and coloured blue, irrespective of whether it was a buy or a sell.

Any trade falling on the midpoint is coloured black.

WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THE PUBLISHED COLOUR OF THE TRADE SHOULD NOT BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS A BUY OR A SELL. IT ONLY INDICATES THAT IT FELL ABOVE OR BELOW THE MIDPOINT AT THAT TIME !!!!!

That is why the published sell / buy figures on sites like LSE cannot be used as the data they rely on was not determined by whether the trades were buys or a sells but only where they were positioned below or above the midpoint at the time.

It is also not a conspiracy by the various trading platforms such as HL and LSE. Merely an automated computer programme.

I will repeat that I am grateful for Adrian and Pboo posting pics / information, and for that matter anyone doing similar. It is up to me how useful I find any of that information. And the reason for that is that it is my money that I am investing.

As for agenda ... everyone posting on this bb has an agenda. Does that mean I should ignore all information on this bb because every poster has an agenda? Or should I only accept information from those whose agenda is similar to mine? Of course not.

I take everything I read on this bb (or any other) with a pinch of salt. There is much that is written here that I choose to ignore, whether opinion or so-called fact. However a bb is open for anyone to use provided they follow LSE rules, so I am grateful to those that take the trouble to contribute.

The RNS was released after market closed. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
