Coffeecups don’t be offensive. I am not hiding anything. I have many times pointed out that maintenance shutdown moved to Q3 and as you say it has been well publicised. I stated a fact. Q2 results should be very good. If not I will be very surprised. Certainly got off to a very good start.

Aim4idiots do you not agree that the company has made very significant operational progress in the last two years?

If you don’t agree then why not? What operational numbers give a negative outcome?

BenAlder how do you know that? What we do know is that in Q1 US (BMNs largest market) averaged over $42 kgV which is well above break even assuming ARCs ASIC of $35 kgV and remains at breakeven or slightly profitable even today.

Overall Q1 averaged around$40 kgV across all markets so significant profit likely.

Q2 prices lower but looking like they are on the turn.

I think it is highly unlikely that so far in 2023 BMN realised prices are under breakeven particularly when considering the Nitrovan price premium and the higher prices for Vanchem’s chemicals.

Then there is more than 80 tons of stock sold in Q1 mostly from Vanchem inventory where production costs were paid for in previous Qs. This will certainly help cash in bank.

How about building the business and getting it to a position where it has two profitable production plants, about to open an electrolyte plant and the commissioning of the new minigrid. He has worked hard to get the company to this position.

True that coms were very poor at times and the regional and global challenges including volatile v prices have led to some loss making years and significant debt, which clearly the market doesn’t like. I guess the CEO has paid the price and the new guy comes in at a very fortunate moment in the history of the company, just as VRFB industry taking off and BMN returning to profitability.

One of my reasons for staying was Fortune. With him gone I shall be watching the new CEO and expecting him to deliver.

Market response to Fortune’s departure was interesting ie negative.

Trevor the problem with what you have just posted is that neither you nor any other critics can demonstrate that there has been anything but good operational progress. They cannot because the published paper facts say it is true.

Unlike you they have then turned to all they have left which is distraction tactics and abuse, as you have witnessed from Halfwit and ARCM this morning .

I will continue to post exactly what I think about BMN and if some don’t like that I can live with it.

ARCM101 I am very sorry that the timing of your investment in BMN was so unlucky for you and that by selling you realised your losses. I am not happy that you lost money. Unlike some who post here I do not wish that on anyone, even those that, like you, are so abusive towards me.

Hopefully the experience has made you a wiser investor. Part of that process is learning not to blame others when your investment goes wrong. I don’t and always take responsibility for my investment decisions good and bad, and there have been both.

However whilst I understand your disappointment it is no excuse for the torrent of nasty abuse you have posted about me. You need to treat people with more respect.

For that reason you too are joining the trolls in my sin bin.

Bid rising and still NT to buy even small quantities on HL.

Drop looks very overdone to me. Hence my purchase this morning.

TrevorBrooking I am relying on v price of $40 to $45 which I believe is very likely over the year (already achieved in Q1), continued stability and improvement in production, further cost control, positive Dollar Rand, commissioning of electrolyte plant and minigrid, good outcome of MUST BE arrangements and so on. Your simplistic statement about what I am expecting just does not cut it.

The business is now very likely profitable and selling to a variety of markets including high value products. The share price reflects none of this.

The financing package will be agreed and we have a new and perhaps more experienced CEO.

I maintain my position that the next year or so look very positive for the company. No doubt that will eventually be reflected in the share price.

You have been consistently negative about BMN. I get your message. You have mine. Leavi it at that please.

TrevorBrooking if you are looking for certainty why on earth are you even reading / posting about AIM resource companies. I assume you are aware this is very high risk territory that does not sound likrpe your cup of tea.

As you say this could be a great time to buy … or not. That is the big risk big reward dilemma. Some of us like it some don’t. If you don’t then look elsewhere.

Nothing I have posted about the operational progress made by BMN over the last couple of years has changed this morning. Nor has its potential to succeed been altered. The finances were from last year and no real surprises.

They even expect to repay Orion from cash flow and Orion are confident or they would not have agreed to the deal that suits both parties.

My views have not changed and perhaps when the dust settles the market will take another look and also acknowledge the new CEO with a heap of experience.

Just my opinion. DYOR
