Great performances by Cat Stevens, Blondie and Elton John at Glastonbury today. Many memories for me. Balance restored. Reminded me of how irrelevant is the negativity and nastiness from certain individuals on this bb. Best filtered and ignored.

Apologies to the bb for allowing one such individual to drag me down to the gutter of his existence. I will try not to let that happen again. For a while I forgot that life is too short to waste it on these people but now my positive self is back in charge.

Sorry for being part of the distraction from BMN.

Here is what I actually said “ but never reads or posts on LSE. ” That is the present tense and is absolutely true. She doesn’t. Her only posts are almost 3 years ago or more and she does not read LSE. I always try to use very precise wording and you should know that by now. I am sorry if you are unable to understand what you are reading but that does not excuse your feeble attempts to discredit me.

Everything I have posted is true.

Already reported Ridgewater. On Monday I will be making direct contact with Admin about this matter. There is no justification for what he wrote under any circumstances and breaks LSE rules. Hasn’t even the decency to apologise.

I don’t care what he says about me but insulting my wife should offend every decent person reading this bb. And it wasn’t just one post. It was 3. Then he followed up by going through her posting history (see earlier post from me). I have serious concerns for my wife’s online safety from this man. If he pursues this course I will be taking this further than just admin.

It may be boring for some but I suspect if it was their own daughter, wife, partner, mother subjected to this obscene commentary they would react and would hope for support and understanding from decent minded people.

Bullies like Coffeecups think they can say or do what they like unless their ‘victims’ stand up to them and get it stopped. I intend to do just that.

I am pleased that my wife did not see those comments but I have friends that did. She has done nothing to deserve foul treatment from Coffeecups.

(feedback to bb that I had had my appendix operation that morning. It was part of this process that revealed my cancer. Had it not been for that piece of good fortune I would long since be dead. Not sure about the ‘dream’ part … )

(updating the bb about my recovery from an operation a few days earlier to remove tumours from my liver that should have taken 2 hours but lasted for 7 due to a bleed and a fight to save my life)

“Pdub update - He's recovering well, and although it's been pretty ghastly (and quiet), we are seeing improvements from the trauma of surgery each day, his current view is 'it's not easy at the moment'. It won't be long before he's well enough to come back to the BB, but in the meantime, keep up the good work, and get the SP rising so he can whisk me away on a super holiday when this is all behind us.

I am not responsible in any way for the content of these posts. I had forgotten that she had an account and as you can see there are no comments of substance about BMN.

As I said above decide for yourself if you think Coffeecups comment was deliberately misleading.

Capablanca (aka Zaskar) thank you for stating your opinion that company performance does not affect share price.

Putting aside macroeconomic factors like interest rates, inflation, state of the economy, consumer spending, global events, etc, every reference you care to mention will state company performance and profitability as a major factor in determining demand and therefore share price. If you have a different opinion and wish to contradict conventional thinking good for you. No matter how out of step your opinion is you should be allowed to express it.

No idea why you mentioned “many loyal followers” or “buy into your narrative”. An irrelevant distraction of no interest to me.

I could not disagree more. It is only good company performance (ie production costs sales and ultimately profitability) that will drive the share price up, or at least the expectation that it is going to happen (sentiment). That is the task that the new CEO has already recognised. Specifically concentrate on efficiencies at Vanchem in the near term.

Yes we want existing shareholders to hold and maybe buy more but BMN needs new investors. Therefore they have to give them a reason to invest eg profits and hopefully dividends plus the prospect of even better times to follow.

And reflecting on the video this was an excellent piece of PR, completely squashing many of the negative rumours and illustrating how these two highly experienced men will move forwards.

If this is indicative of a fresh and dynamic approach to coms then I think every BMN shareholder should be delighted. Just what is needed.

Agreed Clark. Links to the mining weekly article and video can also be found in my post at 21.45 last night. I think it is a must watch for every existing and potential investor in BMN. Gives an insight into what to expect from the new CEO in the coming months.

The new CEO will bring experience and dynamism to the post, but also Fortune Mojapelo retains a supporting role and will be important in moving the energy storage business forward. This has considerably strengthened the management of BMN. We get the best of both. Works for me!

There has been some talk of a fund raise triggered by wording in the Final Results. Whether or not this happens I suspect will be dependent on the Vanadium price over the coming months and the level of cash generation.

In the interview the new CEO said the following:

“ Questioned on what he envisages for Bushveld, Coltman spoke of the need for sustainable throughput improvement at Vanchem, the Orion restructure, and, thereafter, evaluation of the next steps.”

Neither of those first two priorities should require new funding at this stage and he clearly states that he will re-evaluate when they are complete. With Vanchem operating with greater efficiency and improved costs and the re financing package signed off I can’t see the need for a fund raise, particularly if the V price rises as some of us expect in response to demand from the growing VRFB industry.

Can’t see necessity for change of terms, which were reiterated in the Final Results. Both sides including new CEO were aware of positive operational state and low share price when those terms were agreed. They would also understand the potential to grow the business and raise the valuation significantly.

Orion are not some backstreet money lender and are proving to be very supportive of BMN. I have no doubt they will want to begin the relationship with the new CEO on a positive basis. Re negotiated terms would not be a great start. Until I see any signal that the terms have changed anything else is just speculative chit chat, usually initiated by those that seek to damage your investment.

I also hope for some short term recovery in share price as investors get to know new CEO and grow in confidence about his ability to take the company forward. Current price defies any sense of reality in my opinion.

No guarantees of course but as things stand the terms announced are the terms we will vote on.

Make sure that you watch the MiningWeekly video in the link I posted at 21.45 last night. Certainly made me more positive about the change of CEO and I get the sense that Craig is taking a sensible approach to starting his new job.

New guy seems very positive. I think you will be impressed, especially if the current sp is making you nervous. As a supporter of Fortune I was a little sceptical until I saw the interview.
