I take your point Aisee but like many other longterm holders I am sitting on large % paper profit. I don't need to trade this. Much easier for me to sit tight and watch the company grow and hopefully the sp too.

General statements about a broad group of people can be considered divisive, even if not intended to be. I have on numerous occasions made it clear that I don't trade BMN. This is proving to be a great investment for me, life changing in fact, and for many reasons I am totally supportive of what the company has achieved and is planning for the future.

Totally agree UK. Some are easily spooked and panic sell.

My point is that although we still appear to have at least one background seller, and despite the crazy games that the MMs play with the sp at times, there is also a lot of buying going on.

When this pool of shares is exhausted I wouldn't be surprised to see significant recovery in the sp. Just my opinion of course but it seems to me that plenty out there are seeing the value of this company.

2019 / 20 looking very exciting.

I have learned to respect the posters on this bb (Troajan, Wassatt, Langtro, etc) but one of your number is upsetting people on the BMN bb with wind up posts. Not very grown up and your point above summarises perfectly why BMN shareholders are fighting back by posting here.

I am sorry that people have felt this action necessary but fault lies entirely with 1onic.

BMN is a very profitable growth company with what appears to be an excellent future for its shareholders (my opinion). It has strong support from very well informed longterm holders. Their positivity about their investment is inexplicably causing 1onic a problem. If anyone can explain that because I can't.

Frankly I have no wish to post here but like many others at BMN I am fed up with the behaviour of 1onic.

Raxfactor if that's your chosen approach then fine. I have no problem with people trading. It's the utter bo**ocks that some of them post on bbs to further their own interests and create doubt in the minds of longterm shareholders.

I have done my share of trading and with some success, but I never talked the talk and I don't trade BMN. In my opinion this is a once in a lifetime investment and I am here for the ride.

I am quite staggered at how ignorant some of the traders that talk the talk on this bb are of the fundamentals of BMN. What I really dislike is the arrogance of folks that think they can turn up on this bb with such poor research behind them but then try to mislead well researched and experienced investors. It's no wonder they get harsh treatment.

I am surprised YinYang that you are struggling to see how good this deal is for BMN's longterm plans to develop as a large low cost vertically integrated vanadium platform.

At a stroke they have:

reduced the time to get Mokopane into production
reduced the capital cost by more than half
acquired a facility that can produce a variety of products
acquired existing production to boost current revenue
secured feedstock to the point where Mokopane can supply the mine

I have to tell you that it is necessary for any business to invest to expand. I hope this is not a surprise to you. Remember that BMN has NO DEBT currently but should have easy access should this be necessary because BMN is a very profitable business. The CEO has stated that Bushveld will use its existing cash and future cash to fund the three expenses as well as drawing down on debt facilities it is negotiating.

What other company on AIM could achieve this rapid growth without massive dilution?

As I have said its a stonking deal for shareholders.

YinTang, whilst acknowledging that you MAY be an expert on vanadium (?), I find your negativity towards the Vanchem deal strangely at odds with BMN CEO Fortune Mojapelo, who IS an expert on all things vanadium. A "transformative acquisition". I agree with FM

There are of course uninformed folks that can hardly see beyond the end of their nose, ie only looking at today's share price but displaying little or no understanding of the longterm company growth. This underpins the potential growth in the share price, and that is what should interest proper investors ... the share price potential.

The derampers were spouting the same rubbish before the Vametco acquisition and boy did they call that wrong. I see the same happening now with the acquisition of Vanchem soon to complete, and a little further down the road the development of BE and energy storage. This is where the future lies and BMN is positioning itself to be at the heart of the action. Sadly the bottom feeders either can't see this or (worse still) are deliberately playing down the potential.

Not one bottom feeder ever appeared on this bb to apologise to those who they put off buying BMN at 2p and missed the huge share price rise that followed. I wonder if the present gang will disappear without conscience, just as before. My guess is ....

Like most longterm holders I spent a long time underwater in BMN, but I ignored the bottom feeders and held for the long game. So glad I did. And I continue to hold because the company fundamentals are so good and after the last RNS just got so much better.

Remember we are set on the path to 10,000 mtV pa. Won't happen overnight but for those with patience I would like to think the wait will be worth it. 2019 / 20 looking very exciting.
