No official permission to produce from WNA, no, but also no definitive time limit on the EWT and no restrictions on selling any oil that is produced during that EWT. So if they want to test for 6 weeks then RNS preliminary flow test results then continue the EWT for the another 6 months or a year while selling produced hydrocarbon while simultaneously applying for a full production approval for the other WNB well, there is nothing to stop this. So while they can’t produce from WNA, they WILL produce from WNA!

Only takes 5 or 6 PIs to sell 3 or 4 million each taking a bit of profit and it will have an effect. Our mate Chris Oil was undoubtedly selling, derisking, I reckon he’s finished now as he’s started talking it down a bit on the ADFN board (BlackBaron) so he isn’t selling now. Sankeys you are obviously relatively new here. Don’t assume a 3m sell is an ii or expect a tr1. There will be no tr1 for ii reduced holdings here. CF are already out. There are a lot of PIs with relatively large holdings at a low average sat in a lot of profit here. I have 30 Million myself, at an average of 0.6ish. I haven’t sliced or derisked yet but if I decided to derisk I’d be selling 2 mill a day steadily. Many others are in a similar position to me. Sells of a few mill here will be large PIs derisking. Nothing more than that.

Even if SDX announced a confirmed oil column at Parta tomorrow morning and that is in turn RNSd by RBD, I’m not convinced that it will trigger sufficient volume buying to significantly move the SP. If we weren’t waiting on West Newton news it would. In this situation with the market waiting on what could be big news from WN, I think it will be overlooked. Those bullish on WN are already in. Those scheptical on WN who prefer to sit it out are not going to buy in or load up because of Parta. Only my opinion. I’m bullish on WN and extremely optimistic for the long term future of the company but I see Parta as a sideshow in this climate. It shouldn’t be. But it is.

So they currently have no relationship whatsoever. None of those major oil companies are either invested in ECO, neither are they farmed in to any of ECOs projects. Total, Exxon and Ineos all operate on the Humber in the vicinity of West Newton so RBD benefit from their presence and existing infrastructure in the area as well as their implied future interest in the West Newton area. Your claim that ECO gains any benefit from the fact that majors merely operate in the area is rampy and tenuous. I stay away from one trick ponies like ECO who explore offshore. Very very risky. Look at JOG. ECO will be similar. Traders will lose patience and move on. The diversified RBD investment model is much safer with a higher long term CoS. Mate.

This is the AIM market and it is entirely 100% news and sentiment driven. Oilers like UKOG fall back after their discovery because investors and traders are not interested in steady 500 or even 1000 bopd producers. If there’s no more drilling, no more big news, no more price moving catalysts then investors sell up and move on. That’s why ukog is in the doldrums. We moved on. That’s also why the RBD model will not drop back because we are not looking to stagnate as a producer. We are looking to invest, drill, monetize, reinvest, drill again, rinse and repeat. The SP boosting news catalysts are lined up for us now and more investments are expected going forward as the current successes are monetized and shareholders rewarded. Stay away from dreary producers like ukog and RRE with no news expected. Producers are the waiting room where portfolios go to die.

Let’s just cash it all in now. I’ll take 6p per share. I’m not a greedy man.
