UJO placing coming at 0.18, well before Christmas, probably next month. You don’t have enough cash to service all your commitments. On the plus side it should bounce in the next few days as there seems to be a lot of money on the sidelines waiting for it.
I doubt most of the placees will want to keep their risk on for the Wressle planning announcement though so some overhang churn to get through in the next 4-6 weeks. Just gotta hope they don’t let Williamson shaft you all again. That’s three times he’s done UJO shareholders now.

The share price was held here today because the market makers know the placing price. They know this level is where PIs think they are getting a bargain and the placees are getting a nice easy profit so they keep it here and flip it. It’s how the market works. Placees don’t even part with any cash. They just take the profit. Placing stock at .13/14 being flipped into the market here.

Anybody who denies that cheaper placing stock is being flipped here either has no idea how this market operates or is a day trader looking to profit. Sorry JAdam but you’re fantasy .20 premium placing won’t be forthcoming here. Better get back to your village old chap. They’re missing their idiot.

Looking at #UJO Volume, and the abscence of a price (I may have missed it) what's clear is the flipping of the stock is now taking place in the market and for that to happen the price must be a fair bit lower

There won’t be an RNS on placing price until sufficient placing stock has been forward sold. That’s why there was no suspension this morning. That’s why there’s been no price announcement. You won’t be hoovering up forward sold placing stock at .17 thinking you’re getting a bargain once the placing price is announced lol. My guess is two days of forward selling here then placing price of 0.13 announced after hours on Tuesday night and all the traders like JAdam who think they’re smarter than the market are locked in. Job done lol. GLA.

Not at all. I couldn’t give a feck. I ain’t buying. I hold £250k of RBD at an average of around 0.75. I counseled against buying UJO for months because it was full of traders, scammers and mates of Coil, like Sneid. I wouldn’t go near it lol. Good luck with it but your bull sheet about UJO raising £5Mill at s premium of 0.20 from here is misleading ramping. There’s been far too much of that already. If I were in here now I’d hold, no doubt. No point selling as I believe it will go much higher in the medium term but the placing will be lower in the short term. You’re buying placing stock now!!

So the stock that the market is now buying is placing stock being forward sold, flipped into the market for a 10-20% profit. The muppets shouting about a premium placing at .20 are in dreamland. Lol. Placing stock gets forward sold and they do t sell it for a 20% loss. The idea is ridiculous. They are flipping it now and they’ll keep flipping it for the next few weeks. Most of the placees will want to be out with a profit before the Wressle decision. That’s far too risky for them. I’m not buying here. Won’t be buying here in future. I’m in RBD, have been for two years and staying there. I’m bullish on your long term prospects here for a 6-12 month hold but thinking you’re going to flip this stock next week after a .20 fantasy premium placing is way, way off the mark. Agree WWN. We should have more information regarding the timeline for the EWT going forward in the next 2 weeks. Next week will be UJO sorting out their funding shenanigans then we should know what’s happening soon afterward.

There’s just no pleasing some people. UKOG went to a £500Million Mcap largely because of articles like this. They still have no CPR or booked reserves for the Kimmeridge and they have to pay to dispose of the watery sludge they are taking out, hence their inability to pay off YA and their death spiral finance.

You’re missing the point ADUK. I think recent events points to the fact that it has flowed. You keep banging on claiming that it hasn’t flowed. Point me to the paragraph in the RNS where we have been told it didn’t flow.

The information we have pointing to a world class discovery at West Newton is in the RNS with volumetrics.
Anything said at a community liaison meeting by Rathlin representatives has a purpose and an agenda. That agenda being to keep things tranquil and calm in the community. Rathlin are not a public listed limited company and so they can tell as many porkie pies as they like. None of it adds up because it’s full of porkies. Nobody chucks £16,000,000 into a tight oil formation that won’t flow.

It’s all about West Newton now, although I agree, a Parta update would be welcome. It’s becoming clear that the silence from the RBD BoD and hold up of progress on WN is largely due to financial shenanigans with the other partners, UJO and Humber having to raise finance to stay at the West Newton table. I’d say it will al come out in the wash next week then possibly soon after we should start to get some RNS updates re the testing program going forward and see some action at WN.
The caveat here is whether or not the granting of the pump permit will be held up until after the general election on 12/12. The council obviously know that their local voting electorate will be split on the divisive issue of having an oil discovery exploited in their constituency and won’t want to **** off the electorate at this sensitive time when blood pressures are a bit higher than normal over other polarizing issues. Hopefully we’ll know more next week.
