RE: Why do they want it at 1.5p3 Nov 2019 13:29
Well I’ve been doing some DD research on the company and the assets whilst trying to make sense of the respective bull v bear cases. The bull case is reasonably clear and simple: Company says it’s got loads of undervalued very expensive shiny stuff in ground. Big banks agreed to broker sale of it on a no sale no fee basis. Sounds credible, could be worth a punt. All pretty standard stuff in the AIM space, some ya win, some ya lose. Investors know the risks, Cest la vie.
Bear cases are normally built around a positive assertion that the company has nothing, there’s no buying and it’s going to dust. I’m not seeing that here. What I’m seeing is bears saying they want 1.5p to buy back in because they think it’s going much higher, higher than it is now even. How is that a credible bear case? I honestly don’t understand it.
I think this is worth a punt, especially looking at the late buy trades last night. I notice the “bears” have increased the intensity of their rhetoric since these trades cams to light also.
I think the “bears” are largely bulls.
Could this go lower? Yes.
Will it go back up again? Yes
Will it go higher than it is now? Yes
Have we seen it all before? Yes
I’m thinking this weak cognitively dissonant bear case will turn into a bull case pretty soon. I’ll be scaling in buys. Ignore the noise. Follow the smart money and always DYOR. GLA.
