True Merchant. There was a never a risk that the consortium would not get the UK Gov contract for the rapid home POC Test. The risk was only if they could nail the 98% accuracy benchmark in the short timespan available. After the C4 interview with the prof last week, accuracy attainment is looking highly likely.
In my opinion once the UK Gov order contract is published then these tests will be seen as the global gold standard and other International Government orders will come in, starting with those close, friendly nations who are looking to make post Brexit trade deals with UK. I’m thinking Australia, NZ, to start. Then I’d forecast a tie up with big Pharma, possibly Roche or GSK to scale up and manufacture the POC tests and ODX Visitect CD4 stick under license for supply to USA, India, Canada etc. sky’s the limit. Massive royalty and repeat sales potential.

Yes, that’s what we’re saying. NCYT Mcap is about £290Mill. A 290mill Mcap here with just over 150mill shares in issue gives a share price of £1.80.
Could go double that over time with global revenue from the HIV test business and the food detective in China, plus of course if the States or India etc decide they want the POC tests then all bets are off and could be many quids but that’s a lot of ifs and it’s for future.
For now I see a £280Mill Mcap and SP approaching £1.85 as realistic, near to mid term, ie within the next 3-6 months.

There will most likely be an “Immunity Passport” issued to those who test positive for the antibodies and allow the holder to fly, return to work, cross borders etc. I’d expect the test to be repeated every 6 months or every year to recheck for antibodies. Plus everybody will be tested for antibodies before administering of a vaccine. The potential market and applications are endless.

Mologic have both actually but their POC Test is only 96% accurate and has been rejected by UK Gov.
Mologics tests will be financed by the Gates Foundation, made by ODX then distributed to the third world by Mologic.
ODX will only be making them untill Mologic have their own manufacturing facility which is currently under construction and financed by the Gates Foundation.
UK Gov will be placing orders for the 98% sensitive RTC POC tests and also looks like USA are waiting for them too after Trump referenced “progress at Oxford”.
There are Billions of people to test. Many different business models, both profitable and charitable.
There’s enough of a market for many companies to go at.

Yes it looks that way. Mologics tests are not for the UK market though. Great for ODX financials but UK gov are waiting for the RTC 98% accurate POC tests. Mologic are basically a charity outfit and their tests will be destined for third world markets. Makes no difference to us where they go, we’ll get paid for making them but I’m pretty sure that’s the situation. Ties in with the RNS on Monday for tie up with Clinton foundation. There’s lots going on and several strings to the bow. Important not to confuse the manufacturing agreement with Mologic with the RTC POC Test manufacturing which will be via UK Gov orders for UK market. Separate business models, but will all provide great revenue now going forward.

Gov have already said the de escalation strategy will revolve around contact tracing and mass antibody testing via a rapid home POC Test kit that will be made available via Amazon and Boots at a reasonable price.

Give have said the next deadline date is to have the contact tracing app available by 18th May.

Whitty said the mass antibody testing program can’t start until about 4 weeks after the peak has passed to allow antibodies to develop.

This week Whitty announced that the peak has passed.

Adding these pieces of the clue jigsaw together in my opinion means that ODX and the RTC have nailed the 98% accurate POC Test and ODX and Abingdon are now ramping up into production and the first home rapid POC tests will be available by the end of the month! Immunity passports to allow people with antibodies to travel freely and go back to work will be massive for us. It’s coming. That’s the end game.

Just watching BBC travel show and at about 5.40am there was an interview with their travel guru Simon Calder talking about the problems in the travel industry, people getting refunds and the way forward.
He held up a test kit in a plastic bag and basically went on to say that the travel industry could move back to normality when people were tested positive for antibodies and given a travel passport to say they had a level of immunity. Boom. This is what we are waiting for. You can probably find it on iplayer later. BBC travel show on BBC news, 5.30am, 10-12mins at 5.40am. I’m fairly sure it’s repeated several times over the week too. GLA.

Omega own the exclusive rights and patent on the Visitect CD4 Test stick, currently used for HIV testing, which will be adapted to take the newly designed consortium CV19 test strip and can be rapidly ramped into production on Omegas existing production lines.
Visitect CD4 is trademarked, Patented and wholly owned by Omega.

There have probably been *******ings dished out for letting price sensitive information yesterday on two fronts:
1.) Professor Bell on C4 news being rather bullish on the RTC antibody tests.
2.) A company in Scotland tweeted that they had been collaborating with Howdens to fast track build a manufacturing lab for ODX. That tweet was deleted this morning. The company obviously got a *******ing!

Both were technically unauthorized releases of price sensitive information that caused a 16% rise in the ODX share price today even though there was no official RNS.

It seems to me that because news is very critical and close, all the muppet show have been told to say as little as possible about antibody tests. Cushty.
