Something that appears to have been overlooked is that Sareum now has a known definitive pathway for both 1801 and SRA737 subject to the normal caveats of successful trial progress - this may be the catalyst for interest in further investment by HNWI's and/or the analyst at Peel Hunt to promote to institutions - new investment could pay off the RF facility and promote a reasoned rerate of sp in 2024 sooner than some think - there are many scenarios to be considered if there is successful progress!!

Well I don't think too many expected yesterday's RNS, especially those claiming SRA737 was a dead duck and now seeing it as our way forward!

What is intriguing, we can now see why at the AGM Tim and John appeared so sheepish on the criticism, myself included in thE lack of update - that was only 9 trading days ago!! - so credit where credit is due - Oz trials and now SRA737 relicensed via CPF

Appears PR/IR has picked up as well, key will be it's continuation and HBD's post regarding Edison report is now a benchmark for future improvement - I also note FT has reconfirmed £3.04 sp forecast by 2025.

I came away from the AGM with a few snippets that sit nicely under the heading above - Pascal who introduced the HNWI's to Sareum, said we need to look at US for investment, a brief conversation with a respected poster on here tied in very similar to postings by SOG and Luton yesterday and as Silverfoil pointed out the coffee post AGM the talking point was data by a gentleman who oversees a heavily invested client base in Sareum, it is his phrase I use as a header above.

Yes RF is a burden, but, it is what is and hopefully the data will outrun it, after all, never has the "SCIENCE" been more important.

Interestingly, your point is very much on my radar given the response I had from Tim and Stephen regarding SRA737 updates being "we didn't think it necessary but note your comments" at the AGM and dare I say the PR/IR responses "your valid points on marketing are noted" - I will write to all involved at Sareum over the next couple of days and ask how a compound of which they own 27.5% can progress without any knowledge for them to update their shareholders - prime opportunity to do what they said at the AGM, not just nod heads and update on where we actually are with everything - of course, if they read the bb as is alleged, they may issue some form of update in the meantime - who knows?

hi carter, i think you may have misunderstood my meaning - in reference to fearg's comment, i was merely clarifying imo that you come away from the agm with a clearer picture in your mind - the bb just gets muddled as people have their own "****ging" matches, and hence, the catalyst to the caustic climate that mafuta refers to.

there are some great posters on this bb, whose opinions get lost once the baiting (from both sides) starts.

i didn't expect much from the agm yesterday in the way of "earth shattering" updates, i was surprised by mr. smith's opening statement as probably were the bod, but, as i said it set the agenda and it enabled most of the "contentious" topics to be aired.

read my two postings regarding agm attendance alongside siverfoil and gunner's comments together with the video link, i don't think there is anything being withheld that isn't in the public domain - as i've stated in the past, i can't "do" the science research like say sog, citizen79,hbd etc... but, i can go to the agm and give an honest appraisal which i'm happy to share on this bb.

hope that clears any suggestion that what gets said "on tour stays on tour" ;-)

For me the benefit of attending the AGM is you're actually mixing with a cross section of investors who all bring a valued take to the table, you may not necessary agree with all but when you're in conversation with equity funders who meet with Sareum, people associated with the introduction of HNWI's, PR marketing people and dare I say the BoD together with some valued fellow bb investors you gain a broad oversight of the share you have invested in.

Attendance doesn't change where we are in either science and/or sp, but, it does allow you the chance to discuss in a rationale manner both the good and the not so good!

Post formal meeting, ICR and Hybrian both engaged in dialogue regarding the criticism of PR/IR, Tim and John were available to discuss science, our status clear in the AGM statement and for all the flak he receives Stephen faced the obvious "financials".

One thing that did stand out for me was the subject of a succession plan, which was mentioned in last year's AGM but not this year other than informally it is still a discussion point and was continued amongst ourselves when a number of us went for coffee afterwards - all hypothetical at this stage!

Read Silverfoil 13's earlier comments on post discussions with Stephen, a very accurate review (ps Silver, nice win for WHU thanks!) - that's what is gained from the AGM and I suppose you just feel clearer with things rather than some of the chattering's between some posters on this bb, some of whom you don't know are even invested.

That's my final take on things from yesterday's meeting.

Agree, the only reference to P1b was the enhanced values, there is nothing to stop the BoD taking a valuation point at the end of P1a and deciding it's viability and financial merits.

Some people, just chasing the status of I got it right on this bb - there's a multitude of scenarios out there for the Bod from both failure to success - may not even involve the current incumbents, now there's food for thought!

As you can imagine it's been a long day and some deep post meeting discussions - I will gather some thoughts and try and post tomorrow as a beer beckons and the 'ammers are nearing kick off!

Firstly, I think a thanks to Mr Smith for requesting to read his statement which certainly set the tone for the "open discussion".

Fair to say, the BoD were sheepish in their responses and left in no doubt that the lack of communication and financial management is not acceptable to current shareholders - that said everybody can be clever in hindsight!

From a personal point of view, I can only work with what I see and that is 1801 trials continue to progress in Oz, 737 is quite clearing in the hands of CPF and the next 6 months is our critical axis - currently, I don't see positive proactiveness from the BoD in both PR/IR and trust the nods of "we take on board" are more than just nods!

As I stated in the meeting, the BoD can't change the past, but, they can learn from the mistakes made and up their game - I've made my feelings known today and no point continuing to keep on about it, it's time for the BoD to reflect on today's criticisms, make decisions and act accordingly going forward.

If they do and we get positive data results communicated "professionally" to the market, I see a share price recovery - and 737 can also fall in at anytime.

Good to meet Silverfoil and Gunner 68 for the first time along with previous attendees some of whom are very heavily invested in this little old share!!

@HBD hope you picked up my question to Dr. Owen and his response regarding CPF connection.

I think RF will start to look at deal with more commercial acumen and interest given the progress to date with trials, if things continue to progress well they can sell into a rising sp or alternatively look at the the warrants at £1.43.

To date there has been no release of what they have sold, so lot's of guesswork (unless inside information is known) on what their intentions are, my own thoughts above included!

Hi good to hear from you both.

As you're probably aware, I was fortunate enough to get to the AGM last year via Epping and the underground - I think the BoD were in a state of shock given the MHRA debacle and the continuous wait for SRA737.

I thought the reaction in getting trials to Australia was great and lets hope they continue to progress. On the matters of SRA737 update, reason why Funding route is best option, lack of comment by PH and our IR department I feel the BoD need to up their communication with shareholders to say the least - even if it is only to simply state data back from SO is confirmed in order and passed to CPF for evaluation of progress with interested third parties.

I intend to be at AGM as prefer the face to face conversations and hopefully see you there!!

Good evening Citizen79, all fine and trust likewise for yourself and family - a small world, as Brentwood area was very much part of my Missus's and my world in our early days:- first ski lessons on the dry slope at Warley, drives out to the then Headley Arms and Alma Arms and our second house was nearly in Priest's Lane, Shenfield (fell through so we bought a plot of land just outside Great Dunmow and built a house as you do!!).

Still visit the area for a game of golf with friends down that way either at Hartswood or Brentwood - maybe catch you for a pint one day and a chinwag!

Tend to agree luton, I took out my original stake in May/June 2021 at 5/6p and recall Thoth2 commenting "good move" - suspect he probably done similar.

His remaining shares could well be tied up in a variety of holdings, from Investment ISA's, AIM business start ups etc.. so if are being sold could well be over a period of time by the broker engaged by the family.
