The only reason we're having this discussion is because Fortune explicitly said that a dividend policy will be explained to the market (by the calendar year end) . As far as I'm concerned if the company wasn't going to be in a position to put that mechanism in place for dividends then there would have been no point in making any reference to it when he did.

Don't really want to read the full 78 pages again if it's not updated in some way as much as I enjoy reading about Bushvelds plans for world domination (are we allowed to discuss the world domination thing on the forum yet)
