The Company will commence the search for a replacement Independent Non-Executive Director in due course.

I know its nothing to do with BMN anymore other than the fact that its another battery, this time with some big follow on potential and in Taiwan which I believe has had some misfortune with with lithium batteries
With regards to Vanchem and load-shedding the last operation had this which will hopefully result in a positive outcome;
"Engagements with the local municipality to explore ways to mitigate the impacts are ongoing."
Daisydog, doesn't the "The consideration for the sale is US$19.4 million, to be converted to GBP[1] and to be satisfied by the proposed issue to Bushveld Energy of 79,353,604 new Mustang Ordinary Shares, priced at 20 pence per share." give some sort of starting point to the value of it?
I know it will go down, these things always do when they go on the market put doesn't this put a value on the BMN/BE share?

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM:BMN, OTC:BSHVF)* – 5.19p, Mkt cap £67m – VRFB manufacturer CellCube in talks to build Australian gigafactory
(Bushveld Minerals* owns 27.6% of CellCube)
Vanadium Redox Flow Battery maker CellCube and energy storage developer North Harbour Clean Energy (NHCE) are reportedly in talks to develop a factory in Australia with 1GW/8GWh annual production capacity.
The two groups have signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of an assembly and manufacturing line of long-duration energy storage (LDES) assets like flow batteries to participate in the Australian electricity market.
According to NHCE, the initial production capacity will be at least 40MW/160MWh before scaling up to 1,000MWh/8,000MWh per year.
NHCE has recently signed an agreement with Australian Vanadium, who hope to be in a position to supply vanadium electrolyte for a vertically integrated flow battery business in the country from extraction and processing upwards.

Essentially the vrfb-h investment vehicle which owned 50% of Enerox along with Garnets 50% is now wholly owned by Mustang which is listed on the main market.
As 'Bushveld Minerals and Bushveld Energy will collectively hold 51.5% of Mustang.' we now have our main market position they were trying to get to and still own a majority in the 50% of Enerox so any decisions with Enerox will be controlled by Garnet and Bushveld equally even though we don't own 50% directly.

Just one mention of vanadium in the 'vital minerals used in clean technology' so at least they recognise it's importance.

Countries in the region are among the world’s leading producers of vital minerals used in clean technology, including platinum group metals and iridium for hydrogen production and vanadium and manganese for battery storage. This partnership will utilise the UK’s expertise as the home to leading global mining houses and financial services centre for metals to bolster sustainable and responsible production.
