The 12.5m estimated will be a Conservative figure until they know more information. Don't forget the share price is very heavily changed by the price of gold so the exact value is always changing

No cause HAV is open in all directions so there is more than 4.2m guarenteed it's a matter of how much more

I have made an sp calculator on excel based on HAV only and all variables I can think of - I have only been invested since August but wanted to know what the gold in the ground is worth once processed, also wanted it to work so that once we know more it can be quickly updated it to give a more accurate current figure.
Would love for one of the long term investors to look through it to make sure I haven't missed anything if you let me know your email I will forward it on. Then happy for everyone to use it might clear up some of the bad calculations going on!

As we all know greatland have a jv with Newcrest, Greatland are paying their share of costs via a loan from Newcrest.
So greatland have a share of the costs associated with mining HAV. Included in these costs are the infrastructure of access roads.
My question is that takes us up to the point of mining ground, when the ground is processed how will the costs of processing at telfer be attributed. Would greatland have to pay a percentage of the mining costs to Newcrest meaning needing to raise additional funds or would the monies just be taken from the material once processed.

Thanks Tom, they would of course have to be certain on what's at Swag before selling HAV.
But if there is a major find at swag then if someone does a jv with greatland they would have to create a new mine. Newcrest will be processing HAV for the next 20 years at current capacity. Greatland have SD now who would have the contacts to build our own mine. This is where GH would have been out of his depth.

Just a thought IF Scallywag ends up holding more gold than Havieron perhaps Greatland will sell their whole share of HAV to Newcrest. This would bring in enough funds to continue all the drilling at Scallywag and set up a whole mining operation.

Only time will tell if the share is over valued, I for one have a feeling it will prove a very good investment at current buy in price.
I don't like the name calling when people question the value of greatland shares, everyone has their opinion and 33p is a safe valuation. However right now with rising copper and gold prices I wouldn't want my money in currency with all the printing going on.

Champagne is off my list this year I will be drinking a English sparkling wine.
Unless your selling why the urgency on knowing results the sp is rising so chill.
