MR did previously mention that there might be two separate DFS’, one for production and the other for the SPG element. He has never mentioned three previously but has mentioned three stages, which has been in presentations for some time now. I think that this was what he was referring to today. I previously questioned this at an event last year and he told me that they might be done separately although he wasn’t sure. That was before they agreed the SPG partner. It’s clear now that all three elements (phase 1, ramp up and then SPG) will. W done at the same time and this will be around June-ish time. Would surprise me if it went as far back as September, although this is me surmising, it could equally be June. I think the key thing from today is that there is a lot of pending information and this is likely to be imminent in many cases. We are as close as 12 weeks away from finalising the DFS and that will place a substantial NPV on OC for multiple reasons, one alone being that they have shaved more than $200 per tonne off the cost aspect, but you have other factors including increased resource estimate, SPG facility, miniaturisation etc etc. very exciting times. This can easily ten bag from here by year end and still be very undervalued.

Fabulous RNS. Looks like funding will be via debt and project level equity as MR has indicated for some time. This announcement hugely derisks the project going forward and now looks nailed on to go ahead. Everything is coming together for BRES very nicely. Results of the drilling shortly, further DFC funds imminent and then the DFS completion itself - all within next three moments- all likely to materially increase the share price. We are on the cusp of great things now. Has to be a strong buy at these prices for anyone aware of BRES. GL all LTHs. The end is now in sight

Yes agree. However, I think it takes a long time to get the rigs to the site, get set up etc but once they are there, it doesnt take long to drill, especially as the drilling is shallow. I expect this to be completed relatively soon, and then it will be testing, which will probably take place alongside the drilling.

And is also a component of the DFC funding so was always going to happen, hence equity shares raised about six months ago to pay the drillers (and other partners)

Completely agree. He seemed super bullish today, much more so than I have heard previously. It sounds like these three initiatives are a done deal too and it’s just a matter of timing. Seems the next 6 months will be transformational in a very good way. I was left very reassured by today’s interview. Expecting a lot here…this time next year Rodders

Not me. Still lurking though. I’m at over 0.5% but nowhere near 3%. I will keep buying as news comes out although won’t probably ever get to 3%.

What on earth are you blithering on about?? He was talking in the context of if he wasn't to follow his existing funding strategy then he would need to raise at a discount!! Tell me LW, why would he raise at a significant discount where he has the following already in place:

1) $1.5m coming in from the DFC

2) A SI waiting in the wings that is willing to pay "up to 6 or 7p"

3) Investors who have previously subscribed to shares are likely to invest further funds

4) Paying suppliers via shares at current market price (including $1m worth of shares for drilling services)

5) A very strong liklihood that the DFS will majority fund the capital requirement of the mine

He has also said over and over and over again, there will be no cheap retail share placings.

I have looked at your posts and concluded that you aren't invested here and therefore are putting forward an overly negative view. I am up for contrary opinions, but you shouldn't try and mislead people to either bash the share or try to secure a lower entry price.

Having just listened to the interview with MR, there seems to be a lot happening at the moment in a number of areas:

Imminent:

- Further non-binding agreemnents to be announced re: large flake

- SPG partner / JV - sounds reasonably imminent

Short term (1-3 months)

- pre-qualification and then non-binding offtakes for small flake (within next few months, maybe start next month)

Medium term (4-6 months):

- Further drilling (likely relatively short term i.e. before 2024 end for start date)

- Further funding - WIP, could be further update here

- Further funding from DFS - £1.5m remaining grant and possible further funding

Longer term (6 months+):

- Completion of DFS (including SPG element)

- Non-binding --> Binding agreements (wont take long after DFS completion)

- Complete mine and SPG funding

The SI has set up the fund structure which is a key requirement to proceed with the investment and transfer of shares. It will go ahead, it’s just a case of timing so any talk about a placing (and particularly a cheap placing) is wide of the mark. There will be no retail placing at a discount. There won’t be funding from offtakers either because these are non-binding. The funding will come from institutional investors and debt funding, period.
