But at least I've made my money back here, with a lot more to come.

As I suspected things are taking way too long to turn around here. Frankly, I honestly cannot believe they haven't even commenced the drilling campaign.

I thought by now I might have been considering buying back in but I don't envisage that possibility for at least 5/6 months, if ever.

During the podcast OF also mentioned that he was in Florida, and then cryptically asked if investors knew who lives in Florida?

I'm wondering if we're going to see another private placement announced as a result of this visit ?

Who does live in Florida? Trump? Lol

I think Rick Rule holds his annual investment conference there, does he also live there?

I don't know about you, but it sounded to me as though OF is dampening expectations of a DoD grant for PM, at this stage, as it's early stage and DoD isn't as interested in early stage projects.

I mean is there ever a weekend where TSR doesn't discuss GMET and/or have OF on? Lol

Anyway great news. Hopefully assay results will come through quick enough as many locales have ceased drilling programs due to winter/rainy seasons.

Unfortunately, this appears to be a rock chip sample, albeit interesting, the market doesn't tend to react to these type of results.

Really want to see some diamond drilling at Garfield to produce something we can get our teeth into.

It was on one of the specials with the Sunday Roast crowd. I wouldn't pay any attention to the wishful thinking on the svml bb, RR is a major shareholder in SVML I'd listen more to him.

Look OF has said many times he's an exploration Geo. If a very different skillset to construct and run a mine - that's absolutely not a criticism of OF. But we're getting ahead of ourselves here on this.

On the possibility of a Rio/SVML situation I sincerely hope that is not the outcome. That has led to a situation where basically the ONLY major now in a position to buy the world's largest rutile deposit and one of the largest graphite deposits being Rio (holding just below 20%). Of course it would be much better for SVML to go ahead and develop these resources but there's no way Rio is going to permit that, and is likely to pick them up for a paltry 35% premium on the current SP, even Rick Rule has said this.

However, as OF gathers more funds, with the possibility of the USA DoD finally getting its act together and delivering that grant, we can hopefully enjoy far more value being created here for shareholders.

I've no doubt if we had a full listing in the USA we'd probably be a lot higher by now, but we are where we are.

Good it was executed 'at market' with no warrants. Also gives confidence they've run their eyes over the Tempiute project and either like the look of it, should it go ahead, or is satisfied it won't go ahead if the economics don't stack up.

Generally, not a fan of piecemeal small raises, preference always for something like a £20m injection and JV with a major, BUT at least it's not at a discount & no warrants, plus it's a private placement. I would have preferred no Broker involvement. Also I cannot deny the positive impact on share price and increased market confidence.

I could be totally wrong, probably, but we seem to have dropped off FQ's radar altogether. I noted they are carrying out drilling activity with someone else in the area (can't remember who it was now TYM(?)) but nothing done here in a year.

I'm beginning to think I backed the wrong horse for Zambian Copper, based on the fact they'd already landed a JV partner.

I 'feel' that we might actually be close to finalisation, but 'almost' equally my subconscious is asking I have bought into one of the biggest scams this century (!?!?!)

There certainly was a lot of hype about that during the year, in fairness more from people outside the Company rather than OF himself. But there's nothing they can do about American Bureaucracy.

Also I don't know if many noticed in the penultimate RNS of 2024 this:

"The Company previously announced an earlier set of assay results from the Project on 26 November 2024. The assay results included in the database supplied to the Company incorrectly overstated some of the WO3 assay results for three drillholes. The relevant sections of the announcement of 26 November 2024 are restated below with the corrected and restated WO3 assay results..."

I know the GMET team rush to get the data out into the public domain as quick as possible, but a little less haste and more accuracy gents. It damages credibility. Measure twice and all that...

So basically 1000m in Dec and 11000m in January. No messing around, full steam ahead.

According to the CEO the drill has been sitting there doing nothing since August - I doubt it's the case, but if they haven't maintained it perhaps there's a mechanical issue.

Eitherway, I agree Dec 16th and still no announcement of drilling commencement - poor show.

I read somewhere that the Australian Government is going to issue grants for REE exploration/production. I can't remember if Rupert has mentioned this at all? Non-dilutive financing.

Good to be above 10p again, at least. Hopefully, momentum will continue in 2025.
