Interestingly my buy early this morning still hasn't printed.

I think Mike has been pretty straight-forward about his thoughts on exit and he is thinking about it. Best guess somewhere between DFS conclusion and before they start to build the downstream plant they'll be open to approaches.

So resource size becomes pretty critical if you want to attract one of the larger players.

I was fearful that there might be some temporary weakness due to the recent raise as a form of backlash with us spiking just below the 4p mark, but we seem to have weathered that teacup.

So I've gone ahead with my final top-up this morning to put me at 1% - honestly 4 weeks ago I thought I was going to have to pay a lot more to action it, so med-longterm I'm hoping I'll be very happy with that level.

I mean, how dodgy would it look - issued millions of cheap shares and free warrants issued today, then within days the assay results???

As pee'd off as I was this morning, I would be flippin' outraged if that happened.

SO I don't expect assays until Sept.

The 'chairman involvement' thing also crossed my mind.

It maybe because I'm invested in companies like GMET that don't go through brokers, don't issue warrants as a rule, don't offer huge discounts.

Given BRES raised this from 2 existing shareholders why did they even go through a broker?

The whole thing is annoying me.

Have to say I was considering my final top-up this week, this is taking my finger off the 'buy-button' for a think - not because of this action in and of itself, but because clearly Mike/BRES Mgt don't get it about warrants. You can't lecture the market on what a great opportunity this project is if you yourself don't have the confidence in it - issuing warrants, given the bullish sentiment flooding into critical metals globally, does not back up your public statements.

Yes I have to say first reaction was the same why yet more warrants? I'm seeing less and less companies doing raises with warrants. If it's a quality offering/company they shouldn't be issuing warrants.

I have to say up to that point I actually had time for the CEO and his style, but any CEO that attempts, no matter how subtly, to besmirch another project (especially when both are pre PFS in the junior sector where things are tough enough) is pretty unprofessional in my opinion and unworthy of backing.

Couple of points

- it's a Q4 DFS not PFS

- recent raise was a strategic coup for SVML. RiO was against the raise and they did not participate as it's not in their interest for SVML to be in a strong position to negotiate. These funds allow SVML to continue making progress whilst RIO decide what they wanna do, potentially make them an even more attractive takeover target for RIO or SOMEONE else.
