Decent volume but from my perspective even better is we've had a decent number of actual trades in the USA today. Hopefully that means more USA retail are starting to notice.

This looks like such great value -I had a chunk of cash this week but sunk it into something that'll deliver quicker than here - hopefully I can exit that and reinvest here. I think the market has incorrectly interpreted the last RNS which, longterm, was absolutely the correct thing for the company to do.

Too many opportunities right now.

Depends on the Fund, some can scale in from about 50m. I think we can get to 100m pretty quickly though if things pan out the way the COBR team think, given where they've put their money too.

If we want to attract majors/institutions we need to demonstrate there's a major resource.

The COBR team are doing everything to accomplish that and more - by the time they'll have defined the resource they'll also have defined the economics - pretty darn amazing if you ask me.

That approach will/should attract seriously experienced hands in this segment.

@urban I haven't topped up since this was 15p but given the current stakeholders, progress in the US administration towards the mining sector, if GMET committed to carrying out some more work on Garfield & Golconda I'd be very tempted to top-up again at these levels - I mean UCAM, Duquesne et al must be very confident to buy in at these levels - they ain't looking for a 20,30, or probably even a 100% return.

@sloppy I too have taken another chunk at these levels - madness - even though I've broken my own investment limits now - but this is truly a ridiculous price - if it's just a fallout from the raise - with which I was a p'eed off as everyone else - then this is total overreactionl

Everyone pumping that one, simply on the mcap comparison with COBR, ignoring the differences.

I guess either-way RIO looks like good news:

- they pull out, we go on to far greater multiples developing the mine production activities

- they stay in, the probability of them actually buying the whole company has to be almost certain.

Secretly hoping that between the D family office & UCAM some pressure might be brought to bear on doing some more work on Garfield & Golconda.

I mean before we declare the end-o-times, it's worth considering volume is below 180k today and it's August - all kinds of crazy things happen in August - people sell to raise money for holidays (!!), they square up short term speculative positions before they go on vacation.

That said, I agree it has felt like a holder was divesting previously and perhaps as you say to ride on cheap warrants.

I expect come September we'll all be upbeat and bullish once again.

To go sub 4p is crazy.

It's entirely possible of course and I know we await assays results, which I don't know we'll get pre Sept, even though some on here do, but again it's August etc etc

I think OF indicated possible Q1 2026 - in which case I'd probably put it more like Q2/Q3 given everything else they're trying to get done. But let's see.

I wouldn't become obsessed with short term price movements Culpepper - especially in August where anything can happen on reasonably small volume. For myself, I look at these movements versus any change in my fundamental outlook and take advantage of the price.

So having read and digested yesterday's update - I think it's broadly positive, quite positive.

But I think the SP is going nowhere fast as a result. We'll need another update, luckily they're pretty regular, if the SP is to be reinvigorated.

SO I think we're going to languish +/- 10%, barring any fundamental change, until the next update.

We'll have to see what the final divestment program looks like. They may decide to divest only partially in which case I think there's a strong case to retain the largest global rutile deposit. Rutile is so valuable I can't see them willingly give up Kasyia.
