Agreed BCB drop is ridiculous - have managed to pick up another 1.2m at these levels - not a no brainer, but pretty darn close!

I have to say I've been topping up over the last couple of weeks and again this morning on this announcement.

@legalwolf, just to correct you on one point, production is in H1 2022:

I don't see anything but impartial analysis in DRJJ's posts.

Look, like most of us shareholders I am disappointed that EIA tick will not be achieved this month, but MF indicates it's only a month's delay - that is very livable-with. It's COVID folks!

He is clearly optimistic since the operational update indicates two item of progression, as we await EIA TEC meet:
1, A new drilling program to commence Q3 - why start that if he thinks EIA not possible?
2. OFFTAKE agreements are being discussed/negotiated.

Overall I am very encouraged by the RNS and it should provide the market with the assurance it has been seeking - already the offer has backed off a little and the buying is above yesterday's offer.

I think it'll be like that until news - hopefully the next news will be on the successful tick in the EIA box - at which stage you will not be able to buy your 40k shares even at the BID let alone below it!

But you never know in this market...

i don't think it'll be that long term before you see those returns. Offtake agreements probably ready to go pretty quickly after mining licence issued. And that's not a year from now.
Daltp I would encourage you to do a little more research to have a better informed opinion.

as a POW shareholder that is my fear. I hope PJ has something in the JVs requiring spends/work by certain dates.

I definitely want to see development on projects before they are spun-off.

ON KAV moving the drill on to our JV after KSZ - I hope this is DEFINITELY the case, I could have misheard Ben last night but I thought he said there was the 'possibility' of moving it on. But I could have misheard that.

My concern here is that our various JV partners may not prioritize POW JV assets in their portfolios and this is what I want to see PJ pushing - I'd rather not see anymore acquisitions for the moment - let's progress the existing portfolio!

morning BCB - I have to say as nice as it is seeing more activity I wish it was more on the development rather than acquisition.

I hope PJ is exerting pressure on his JV partners to progress their mutual JV interests. Listening to the KAV webinar last night they seem to be all about the KSZ not a mention about the KANYE assets.

We know they need $35m to bring the mine to production. MF indicated this was likely to be achieved through a combination of options including offtake prepayments/financing clauses etc,. Thereafter MF has stated future development/ growth will be financed from operations.
It could change but that's the view for now

I'm not sure the LT private investors that have funded everything up to now and hold about 70% will be too thrilled with any significant dilution.

I was a little disappointed Ben only spoke about KSZ, especially as PJ from POW in the previous presentation indicated Ben could answers questions on the JV interests.
But I guess Ben did preface his presentation stating he would only be discussing the KSZ - as a JV partner I might be a little concerned about when and how much work will be carried out on the JV projects.
ON the KSZ I also noted Ben stressed that results back to the market might be delayed because of COVID, and the SAfrica-Botswana border possibly being closed. I think we're all familiar with companies that have been really struggling to get results back to market because of similar situations in labs. When Ben said possibly September for results I got the impression that this was his optimistic view, so plenty of time to go long here.
It may take a little froth off the share price.

Everyone has an agenda, JF, some rather dubious and clearly badly researched.

If this falls into single digits, i.e. the offer falls about 20% from here (12p), it would be such a bargain - if it fell on nothing more than a delay on the EIA, I'd seriously look to buy another million shares. liquidity permitting.

I've been scratching my head wondering why we've had so many, relatively small sized sells recently. I think there was a certain cohort that bought in to CMET with a view to a rerating of the stock in H1 - not that illogical if you go back to Jan/Feb.

As covid has prolonged the delayed return to BAU I think many of these H1 investors are being forced out, perhaps due to other commitments (?) Eitherway, I think this is offering an excellent top-up or entry level opportunity.
