Shares across the board are getting battered, oil companies especially given the drop in oil price. It’s fears over Coronavirus and its impact on the global economy.

We just have to hope that the current situation won’t affect the Sea Lion funding and FID.

Guessing...OM arbitration(€), Navitas signing($) and UKEF funding(£).

Might be wrong and not sure where, how and when PANR/Alaska fits into this.

If they get a decent arbitration award that would be great, but they must put it to good use and not waste it.

I don’t fancy Alaskan assets. The Falklands are extreme enough. No more exploration, no more long lead projects. Stick to producing assets that will provide an immediate revenue.

cyan, RKH had to sell Abu Sennan in order to get Navitas on board with Sea Lion. Navitas won’t sign until it’s complete. That’s what they’ve been waiting for - don’t underestimate the political implications of all these deals and companies involved.

This is why you need to read between the lines cyan, and why I believe the Navitas agreement was in place a long time ago. They don’t need to RNS any discussions, only once signed - so they were free to make any informal agreements they wanted.

There is a lot more to all of this than has been reported via RNS. I personally think UKEF funding has been secured for a long time too.

My guess is the Navitas deal has been in the pipeline for a long time, as has UKEF funding and Abu Sennan sale. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if all this was all provisionally agreed a year ago and everything since then has been to iron out the formalities and legalities.

It seems like they are finally getting to the end of that process and it’s now time to rubber stamp it.

Ombrina Mare arbitration decision
Navitas Signing
PMO Results
PMO Refinancing
Zama Sale?
UKEF decision?

But this is AIM & the oil industry so no timescales ever go to plan!
