Good Morning - No clue, I thought the SP has settled around 31p, there seems like a consistent seller (40k-50K at a time) and not an equivalent buyer. Who knows how many are left to shift or if there are 1/2/3 of these traders in play.

'Information re DVRG's AGM and Presentation on Investor Meet Company - Questions are welcome ahead of time on their website

DeepVerge (AIM: DVRG), the environmental and life science group of companies that develops and applies AI and IoT technology for the analysis and identification of bacteria, virus and toxins, announces that it has today agreed that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") be sent to shareholders convening a meeting at the offices of Jeffreys Henry LLP at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE on Monday 26 July 2021 at midday.

We are keen to welcome shareholders in person to our AGM this year. At present, the UK Government's roadmap out of lockdown anticipates the potential for the resumption of indoor gatherings by the date of the AGM. Shareholder attendance numbers will be limited to account for safety constraints and in accordance with UK Government guidelines and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
Given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, we want to ensure that we are able to adapt these arrangements efficiently to respond to changes in circumstances. On this basis, should the situation change such that we consider that it is no longer possible for shareholders to attend the meeting, it is likely that we will not be in a position to accommodate shareholders beyond the minimum required to hold a quorate meeting which will be achieved through the attendance of employee shareholders. If there are any changes to the current arrangements for the AGM, the information will be made available on our website and, where appropriate, by an announcement via a Regulatory Information Service.

Just my opinion FWIFW

The DVRG SP for the last year is complicated, there has been mergers/dilution/warrants/share options/new technologies/new directions and suggested Covid plays. Some DVRG directly responsible others simply not.

Cannot find a 12 month SP average but probably around 32p! The 60-70p around October lasted for approx 2 day sessions so is therefore not a guideline, the selling of shares, that sparked a sell off was from Helium, who were obliged to sell down once a % in a single stock was reached and not directly connected to DVRG and their performance.

The presentation itself unveiled the Microtox BT, some existing shareholders did not approve of the change of direction and the presentation itself (IMHO) was not great and what transpired, perhaps, has left the market sceptical. Other shareholders did approve of the new technology, the presentations have got better and institutional investors stumped up £10m recently, presumably happy with the progress of the company and its future.

Since October, DVRG have been repositioning the company, integrating the MWG technology and the MSYS technology, building staff numbers and 'jumping through the hoops' of Phase 1-3 testing on a couple of fronts and capitalising/manoeuvring on MWG's and Labskin's existing footprints.

Also: The world is navigating 'its latest' pandemic which has negatively affected market confidence etc.

Without doubt, (IMHO) There have been a couple of faux pas along the way, the mentioning of MSYS in a DVRG RNS is one!

For me DVRG are in 'the funky stage' - Gearing up for obvious expansion, whether it be increasing laboratory space, staff numbers, Skin Trust Club or gaining manufacturing partnerships. All of which take resources ie manpower/money and time and a huge amount of red tape. This could be viewed as negative, my view it is an essential part and a proactive method of growing an expanding business.

Is it going to be worth it for LTS, I for one am fully invested and very confident going forward.

Anyway I will STFU, all IMHO (FWIW), written quickly, am sure others will disagree, all to play for and lets see what transpires in the coming months!
