I'll give you a clue - when revenue was £13m they made a loss of £2m so at £34m with the operational gearing they'll be well up and an increase in cash of £8m.
Definitely a "poor investor"
The bid price is now 10.05p - a poor decision to sell if ever I saw one. It was obvious there would be a knee jerk reaction immediately.
Why sell?
An announcement to try and provider greater returns for existing shareholders does the complete opposite.
This needs stopping.
I think what the guys meant was : "Shares could be suspended for 6 months whilst deal data gathering etc... occurs" if they were to walk away - shares would be re-instated at next available moment.
Common sense is that any material events in the business will have to be RNS'ed.
That's wrong Tom. Any material news has to be RNS'ed - whether the share is suspended or not.
Doubt it - sellers from fund raise appear every time.
Interesting debate going on over on advfn. Stemis arguing price closer to £10 per 2p barrel than the $20 most pundits on twitter and elsewhere believe it to be
Don't know how many times this needs to be said. The business will need funding just to get it running - c. $1m a month. No-one in their right mind will give existing shareholders anything in that scenario. It needs commercial news and fast.
All very normal and in line with that kind of role.
Yes - it does - well spotted - lots of folk getting very excited on twitter by the net cash position but have also failed to read the RNS.
Working capital movements of 50-100m wouldn't surprise me either way.
Speak to Amati - they'll sell you however many you want at 6p!
FAO Tharisa.
As a shareholder I'd rather you completely focus your attention on the business and ignore defamatory or other factually incorrect posts on internet forums.
As I'm sure your legal team will agree It is notoriously difficult to claim and be compensated for defamation. Essentially you'll need to prove the posts in question caused the business damage. The bar is very high.
I think it's almost certainly the other way round. They've sold absolutely naff all and are running out of cash.
What would you be offering £20m for exactly? The problem is the business needs almost £1m every month just to keep the lights on.
At the basic level. They are going to run out of cash to continue their work and commercialisation hasn't really happened.
It's £127m!
