That bit is important also.

It's not - at 1p it would have a market cap of £12m with committed cash of £11m so business valued at £12m. You don't strip the cash out as it's going to be needed to run the business!

No, 10p is likely to be £120m - assuming open offer taken up.

You're not understanding the term "fresh money" - it refers to those that will fund the business directly with cash.

You're in dream world. Fresh money will want a huge discount as has been proven at 1p. Fantasy to think some mug is going to pump in £m's at current share price. Literally idiotic.

Worse than that. 786m + 200m + existing 216m = 1,202m @ 1p that's a market cap of £12m - probably still way overvalued.

It doesn't completely make sense to me. They could simply put an order on the bid side at 18p and let the market sell them as many as they want. I suspect there is something more to this "pause" but remains to be seen.

They've not even disclosed the revenue so no way you can work out profit!

And RR that was stated in the original RNS as a maximum - I very much doubt they'll get the full amount albeit not impossible it's unlikely particularly when only £5.3m has been received to date.
