No one loves it but you have to consider would you rather have undiluted with fewer opportunities or 10% dilution with access to more options. Given where Scancell are the latter feels obvious to me.

Quite possible it is oversubscribed - I'd expect it to be wrapped up and RNS tomorrow morning - should put a floor on the price given some uncertainty over funding.

I'd think the dilution impact of c.10% versus securing an extra 6 months plus of time to do deals/collab etc... probably favours dilution but you're right we'll see.

I think I can live with that - never ideal to be diluted BUT pushing runway from Jan 25 to mid/late 25 does make a huge difference here.

I think just moving price to see where demand comes back in - probably below 10p would be my guess.

Do we know that was their first scan? Suspect they've been doing them for months but chosen to publicise now.

Thanks again Botski for uploading and someone else for cleaning the audio - now having listened right through whilst it wasn't a "shoot the lights out" I get the sense lots is building behind the scenes are they were being overly careful not to disclose anything accidentally. Whilst I don't think we'll see anything major in near future the stage is now set for large equity gains to come. Sit back, ignore the SP fluctuations, top up if you can and most importantly be patient. The end game is well in sight now.

I'm not how you can logically disagree. Today's news was stunning -no other word for it and yet share price pretty much back to where it started. IR and board do have an important job around exposure and they aren't doing it well as evidenced by the derisory market cap.

Made this point before. IR and management aren't doing a good job of selling the company's virtues to the wider market.

Yup - c.$800m a month is a huge liability with no revenue. Huge issues for equity.
