Exactly that miavoce and/or other payments agreed - they aren't material so wouldn't need to be RNS'ed necessarily.

My thinking was that "revenue" might already be in the bag or likely and probable.

I suspect there's some revenue assumption in there also.

The lack of understanding here of how Audit processes run and operate is shockingly poor - I'm never surprised by the lack of understanding from private investors of pretty basic concepts.

Spot on emptyend. You can't just move a few staff around at the end stages - I'd think the issue has impacted the audit partner and their sign off is critical and has been delayed another week or so - early November for results and Investor meet. Half term next week also.

It's not often in the markets you get a genuine opportunity. I think this is a better prospect than pre-SCIB news at 8.5p. A fall from 15p caused by a delay in accounts because of the personal circumstances of the audit team. A truly bizarre move with so much to come.

Personally think they'd have combined the release today - not impossible but very unlikely I'd think.
