Down more than I expected on this news, but I strongly suspect the market has over reacted a little.
Of course the press has also done their usual 'we're doomed Mr. Mainwaring' trick, they do like a bit of misery, if only they could make as much out of good news.

Its holding up reasonably well in todays madness.

ADM is certainly holding up very well so far today.

Its certainly good to be in this type of stock on days like this. Takes the edge off a little.

I'm glad I hold this, and some similar defensive stocks. It takes the edge off on days like this.

Its not ideal, but I concur with the above posts.
If it does drop into the 45s it would allow me to add more below my current average.
I don't believe this will happen, and it appears to me that a 6% drop is an over reaction given the information currently available.
I suspect there are quite a few who don't want to be locked in over the weekend, but that cuts both ways, if the media has done their usual 'we're doomed' trick and it becomes apparant over the weekend it will cost those investors to get back in the game.

Good to see that ULVR is holding fairly steady and doing better than many others today

At least today any drop in SP is most certainly nothing to do with MXC.

Markets are reacting badly.

If I was ever glad I have this in my portfolio, today is that day.

BP. is down 6.3% as I type, it matters not if the reason is genuine or not, but the markets response to it is at the moment a bit strong and shows how fragile the markets are at the moment.

I think I will turn the screen off for a bit, its not pretty, but hopefully short lived.

It looks at the moment as if it is confined to Africa, but it will be a few days before we know if its crossed borders.
