You seemingly haven't noticed the resilience and how fast SP bounces back? Since climbing out of the 60's 2 weeks ago SP has shown no sign of wanting to drop - even the global market drop last week it bounced immediately.

IMO this SP has proven to be at the right level where is is now. Next news will make a BIG change.... be it one way or another. But I think you can guess which way I'm betting on.

Ok.... not AML specific, but market info; Just got off the phone with my friendly Lamborghini dealership; They have never known it so crazy busy as right now.... 40% up on the same month last year. They have so few used cars that they now have a hefty budget to go out and buy them.

McLaren car buyers are buying into the brand. It's one huge passionate family. I sell to these people remember.... almost every one of the Ayrton Senna statues I have sold, have been to McLaren car collectors. They are inseparable!

McLaren Automotive struggles are down to business model.... not the fact that they have a (self funding and financially independent) F1 team. Again, they wouldn't have a car company if the F1 team wasn't there.

I don't disagree with that @Richard365054.... although it is exactly F1 that helps make the brand desirable, don't underestimate what effect that has. McLaren Automotive wouldn't even exist without F1 ;o)

£20m is fairly cheap advertising in F1 anyway - let alone being the headline brand and team name!

I did try to haggle my brand onto a car during a recent F1 Team negotiation..... erm..... no.

@Richard365054 it is impossible to separate automotive/F1 in Ferrari and McLaren. Neither would have one without the other now.

There IS one scenario that sees Lewis at Aston F1 - very much conjecture right now, joining up the rumours.

There was talk a couple of months ago of Stroll selling Racing Point to Mazepin, and buying Mercedes F1 with Wolff. Then using what is now Mercedes F1 to leverage AML F1 sponsorship. That is the only scenario Lewis will be in green.
