Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
My posts are not Positive or negative.....just calling bull**** on this rumour of a takeover. Nothing verifiable has been provided only daft rumours that have been continually popping up for the post couple of years.
If STAF cheap at the moment, absolutely. Is it a prime target, absolutely! But anyone can claim they have heard a rumour......Be careful
And what is "Asktraders" Website actually about, hold on:
"Simplified Expert Advice Guiding and Fast-tracking You to CFD Trading Success."
Oh it wouldn't be in there interest at all to release a (fake) rumour about to takeover to drive up a share would it
Haha, Look at ADVFN, full of nothing of talk/guesses and takeover conspiracies since February..............Should we all rush and throw our money at a stock just because some clown on LSE, AVDFN or some crap website claims rumours of a takeover with out a scrap of evidence.
Deedo-x1, another clown playing games!
On the 4th August you posted:
"JTMacs - I have sold. I’ve been watching this for sometime and pump and dump is the name of the game with this share. It’s pretty pathetic. I’ll reconsider once it approaches 50p again."
I wonder why every post you have made since is a de-ramp ermmmmmm the mind boggles!
They are all after hours trades, not UT or delayed publication, share price at the time was 37.8p so they are BUYs
It's not been "plummeting" as you put it. Look at the charts, the SP has been ranging from 36.6 to 39.8p for the last few days since 10th August. Buy/Sell ratio has very affect on which direction the SP goes.
Nonsense, Their total holding is only 1.53% which isn't enough to make a huge difference. The SP is hovering at this level because 40p was the supposed bid being offered by one of the interested parties. Nothing will change until the interested parties make a move
Completely agree, offers will be presented close to the deadline in order to place greater pressure on the other interested parties and the BODs
It's a form issued under either Rule 8.1 or 8.2 of the Takeover code. In this case it is issued under rule 8.2 which means it's a disclosure by the Offeree company e.g AA. The form simply discloses the shares held by the Directors and Employees of the company and under what agreement.
Jedclampit. It's in the same place RNS always are: https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AA./form-8-opd-aa-plc-6i44kxrr6lihfv3.html
Considering Buy to Sell ratio over the past few days I honestly believe the SP should be much higher. Look at today 3 buys to every sell and yet we are only up (real time) by 2%.

"He's worried about debt repayments and refinance in 2022 and that the current profit won't cover the interest alone."
Shows what a clown he is doesn't it. AA have made plenty of profit to cover the debt over the past few years and they have reduced the debt over the past 4 years so repayments are lower than they were. If a takeover is successful the new owners intend to pay off the debt which will give them a good return on investment.
I can't believe Institutional investor who have bought in or increased their holdings over the past week and all the Shorters who have closed their positions, clearly idiots who should have got advice from 007, would have saved them a lot of money LOL
Seriously though, 007 is making so pretty defamatory/libellous comments so I have taken screen shots of his comments and will be sending them to Nadia Hoosen, AA’s Chief Legal Officer
LOL, I'd settle for 95p.
only two weeks to go until times up so not long. Just need one of the 4 interested parties to kick things off even if it's a low ball offer, it will ignite the fire.
