International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. has announced its proposal to raise gross proceeds of up to EUR2.75 billion by way of a Rights Issue.

The proposed Rights Issue will be conditional on approval of the shareholders of the Company at the Shareholders Meeting to be held on 8th September 2020.

Unless a bid is announced don't the SP will breach 40p. Good to see CREDIT SUISSE GROUP AG loading up.

Spread closed quickly to normal levels. Good to see strong buy ratio again today although we could do with higher volumes to really get the SP moving. Agree that we should see £1+ by Xmas. True value here is much higher.

Nearly a 10% spread shown on Interactive Investor.

I could be wrong be judging by the uptake of shares by institutional investors, reductions of Shorts and the interest of 4 parties the receipt of at least one bid and perhaps a bidding war is odds on

Rejected by the Directors? Surely it's down to the Shareholders to accept/reject?

I'm so so sorry how dare the PE of 162 be due to profits being low because of one off expense, I will let all the accountants know to change the way they calculate PE to fit your agenda. LOL

Fact is the annual profit is what it is and the current PE is 162!

if you knew anything about BWNG you would have known that they are moving all their business to online and have closed many stores, something they started long before Covid.

Great to see 48p gone especially with the rest of the market struggling

As I said look at Gymshark. Their Youtube channel has 255k subs and 28,442,507 views.

15k followers on instagram is pants. BOO has 6.7m followers and Gymshark has 4.8m

If companies find the right content it's a great way to grow a following and get free advertising. I also think Jacamo need to hookup with someone more relevant then bloody Freddie Flintoff

I hope I wasn't ramping, just trying to make others aware of a possible missed opportunity:-)

I just spent a few minutes to look through the Jacamo Youtube channel.......It's not good!

They joined 2010, are a large brand with 60 videos and yet they only have a total of 1.1 million views; many of their videos have less than a thousand views. They even got a video with: Kearnan Myall, Dave Allen, Luke Campbell and Freddie Flintoff that only has 206 views, 3 likes and no comments.

Whoever is running the YT channel is clueless.

Yeah the Ad looks good but only 566k views in 6 weeks and even worse is the lack of interactivity, only 22 likes and 8 comments.......that's plan crap
