No reason to sell these. They would do well to pay quarterlly dividends.It keeps stability. Here is a good company that does all the right things yet some get bored and like to drift and play -but holders will win the day!

Earnings from UK in hard sterling -earnings from Canada and Sweden - hard currencies and earnings from Latin America. The share is unbelievably cheap. I look everywhere for something to nail this down to buy more cheaper but can find nothing -can anybody ??Of course the main divi is passed the ex but the interim later in the year is better than some building society accounts. The Preference shares also good but mon stock pays more and better upside potential. Indeed the shares ought to be 150 and the Prefs 80p -the fact the prefs so high maybe because a safe granny hold.

How many care homes will be open soon. With the cost of electric light and gas heating who will afford the bills . One would think this would be a good place to be but this company have poured so much of their own money down the drain .I have held it and chickened out losing not much. Holding Laura Ashley(ALY) at 23p currently -feel a better place to be in these small pennies. .

Maybe a dividend increase later in year because of good progress This company pays out a very high proportion of earnings in dividends paid quarterly and still manages to grow. This company proves that dividends come from GOOD performance. Good performance does not come because too much dividend is paid !!! If that's what a company tells you then leave them and join this one !!!
