Finally, you do realise you have become a laughing stock on this forum. Your bitterness towards Valirx is palpable yet it was your own stupidity that caused you to sell and move your funds to the 4D disaster. Obviously, you may have had dreams of a role within the company but the Tea Lady was never going to move on at that time!

Porky, I have never before experienced someone with such a negative mantra. I can understand you must be extremely depressed having lost a fortune on 4D and others but try and move on. You will end your days a sad and lonely old man unless you find the courage to seek help.

A toast to PM, PI, OB, HD, Ironmighty, Freddie and a host of others who have supported VAL through some very lean times but can now enjoy the rewards of success, with hopefully much more to come. Thanks also to Suzy and her team who have taken a lot of stick (deservedly so in some cases) but have persevered and about to achieve commercial success.

A special mention must go to Dr Adam as without his total confidence and unerring belief in the company’s prospects, I (and probably many others) would have sold at a loss some time ago. The Prof also supported the Board at the last AGM when many of us were baying for blood (myself included). Anyway, onwards and upwards!

Porky, you promote yourself as some kind of financial guru yet in reality, as a stock picker you have proved extremely limited, illustrated by your history of catastrophic share failures. Given this initial inability to identify winners you then invariably resorted to ramping to try and manipulate the price. Unfortunately, although you can certainly produce the volume of posts you lack the finesse essential to the role of a successful ramper. That, and the fact you picked donkeys in the first place.

Given your massive losses it appears you have accepted defeat as an investor and instead have decided to vent your anger towards Valirx shareholders.  "If I can't have it then you ain't either". Unfortunately, it seems you can't even get that right as your 1p-2p placing forecast is laughable. As per Suzy's reply to my recent query, ANY placing has to be first authorised by the shareholders! Can you imagine a placing at that level being endorsed?

On the bright side, there is still time for you to board. Everyone is welcome on the Valirx Express. It has only just left the station on a very long journey, though all the heavily discounted tickets have long since been snapped up. Yet, for some reason I get the feeling you will be trackside throwing stones and scowling at all the passengers as we hurtle past.

Gosh, Adam must be bricking himself! Porky has advised him to de-risk. Hahahahaha.

RHD1- Granted.Suzy has not said there will never be a placing. What CEO could do that?

However, Porky has for weeks been stating repeatedly that a headroom 4p placing was coming at any time. That is simply not the case. Shareholder approval is required. In the meantime all the indications are that we may soon have significant funds to make ANY placing unnecessary.

This is not a blatant ramp, I am simply correcting an untruth that has been thrown at holders daily for weeks.

To all fellow Val holders. Early this morning I e-mailed Suzy requesting clarification on the potential of a low-ball placing being dropped on us unexpectedly as has been suggested by certain posters on this forum. With Suzy’s permission (although in the public domain anyway), I have below pasted verbatim excerpts from Suzy’s response:

“Firstly, although we put forward resolutions at the AGM to enable shares to be issued, the resolutions regarding the disapplication of pre-emption rights on those new shares were not passed. This means that were we to conduct a fundraise by means of a dilutive placing, then we would have to ask permission from the shareholders at a general meeting before we could finalise the fundraise. So shareholders would get a say in whether that can happen.”

“……….HE HAS BEEN STATING (INCORRECTLY) THAT WE HAVE HEADROOM AUTHORISED TO CONDUCT A PLACING, whereas we do not, unless that is granted at a future GM. This information is in the public domain in the results of the AGM, but requires full understanding of the headroom and pre-emption implications.”

“……I certainly don’t think it would do any harm to remind people that we do not have authority to issue new shares in a fundraise without further shareholder permission due to pre-emption rights”

As always DYOR but personally this has given me the reassurance I was seeking. I have topped up with 27000 shares in 2 batches. I would have preferred more but governed by current liquidity.

In summary, Val CANNOT drop a placing (headroom or otherwise) on us at ANY price without going to the shareholders first for approval. Furthermore, we have pre-emptive rights which cannot be waived.

There is no guarantee that a placing will never happen but in view of all the positive indicators elsewhere I for one am increasing my stake at these extraordinary SPs

I thank Suzy for this clarification. I had previously read on the forum that she was approachable and responsive to shareholders queries and I can now confirm that is certainly the case.

To my mind that is a massive potential barrier removed. NO BOMBSHELL PLACINGS OVERNIGHT!

a) Valirx up again

2) No speeding ticket though c 80% increase this week alone - in line with expectations & still at the bottom of the curve.

3) No placing at 1p/2p/3p/4p - sorry, not sure what Porky's current prediction is!

4) A dozen newcomers to the forum have realised what a plonker Porky is.

5) He is still relying on his charts....yes the same ones that brought him so much success with 4D, NCYT, HE1, SNT, INSP, etc

........and from a personal viewpoint, I've added on a couple of occasions 😁

A point of note, considering his verbal diarrhoea, looking at earlier posts, I must admit to being a little surprised at how aggressive Porky's postings can become if things are not going to plan. On numerous occasions in the past he has resorted to telling other posters to FO if their viewpoint contradicted his own.

I suspect many Valirx holders are in for a volley of abuse over the next few weeks. Personally, I shall look forward to that immensely.

Just topped up with 3000. Decided going to re-invest all this months divis I earn elsewhere into Valirx.

This is all very upsetting! There again, it is typical of your contradictions. You have changed tack so many times depending on your agenda.

You extol a share (you're holding), then it's crap (you've sold out). I suggest any visitors to this forum who are not familiar with Porky's games just spend a few minutes/ hours/ weeks perusing his 5000+ posts and laughable disasters in 4D, NCYT, HE1, SNT & INSP to name a few then decide whether to heed advice from possibly the most clueless 'investor' on LSE.

Forget Porky (desperate & confused). Peppa has more business acumen.

Well, another disappointing day for Porky. Valirx up another 26% and still no speeding ticket.

Utter disappointment as still no low-ball placing RNS either and realisation starting to dawn it won't happen.

His prediction (on 24/9/23) of a 1-2p placing by Xmas Day is looking distinctly dodgy.

The job applications to Warren Buffet are coming back, unopened.

Blatant rampers on LSE are really getting under his skin, How could anyone post garbage like that!

That bloody Suzy down the road is driving me potty playing 'Don't stop believin'. 

Gets a call from cobaltblue who wants to know the Samaritans' phone number. Fortunately, Porky has it on speed-dial.

To top it all he has just found a bank statement from Dec 2021 showing all that lovely cash in his a/c from cashing out his Valirx shares, just before he blew it all on a crazy, unrequited love affair with 4D.

A lot of sticky fingers going into the end game. I doubt if any of the big players will be parting with any of their holdings below 30-40p, probably significantly more. The venom from previous holders such as Porky (desperate & confused) & CB is likely to get far worse as they see the SP climb. Bring it on!
