Alfacomp, i cannot remember what presentation it was from but there was a lot discussion on the board and speculation as what this joint venture could be and with whom.

Several months ago in a presentation there was a tantalising suggestion that we were in a joint venture. There was a lot of discussion on this board but all went quiet. Has anybody got any more information about this joint venture or speculation as to what it could refer to??

I wonder whether we will get the Mokopane licence just before our JSE listing in about June so as Fortune can raise capital now that we know that only two batteries are being tested at Eskom. Reading the President’s speech and picking up on the vibes from all concened it would appear that Bushveld Minerals could be a very rising star in the eyes of SA politicians.

I am just wondering what surprises Fortune is going to reveal in the next Four working days before the presentation on the 5th/6th February. With the President in attendance and a global audience, Q4 results, JSE listing, acqusition, where the $170m investment is going, job creation and manufacturing updates for electolyte and vrb batteries. Just a few of these will please the President that SA is open for business

Daisan, i do not doubt the business acumen of the board or their strategic overview, but if we look at the talks, discussons, negotiations with, politicians, Eskmon people, possible acquistions, construction work sign offs, clients, joint venture partners, etc etc these all require board level imput and Bushveld Energy must be taking a lot of time for both Fortune and Mikhail when you are tendering at that level. Just my view that some more executive directors could take on some of these projects. We are going to need more directors very soon as we get a fingers in many more business enterprises.

It is my view that there is a distinct weakness at Board level, Fortune and Mikhail are doing great jobs but at the moment the company is expanding very fast and we need to bring in heavy weights to take some of the pressure off. There are only 24 hours in the day and looking at the business interactions they must be doing across the whole company is enormous, RichKen put out a post containing all the expected news item that are forth coming it is a tremendous workload. I don’t the level of infrastructure below board level but my experience tells me that Fortune and
Mikhail need help. Just my opinion from the outside looking in.

I have also listen to the President’s opening speech which clearly states that mining and new minerals are certainly on his radar. He talked about renewable energy and the reform of Eskhom, Bushveld as a company is in the right place at the right time, our growth could be gigantic if we only capture a small part of the contracts and growth prospects on offer.

Is Fortune going to do a big bang rns to include JSE listing, dividend policy, BE contacts, electrolyte products, etc or is he going to drip feed news into the market. Which method would have greater impact on the sp?

Many thanks Pdub for your correction i was looking at RNS’s to get a possible date for 4th quarter 2018 figures and read RNS of 22nd January 2018 and quoted those figures.

Was reported to the market on 22nd January 2018 and a figure of 3680 mtv of vanadium was expected to be produced for 2018, and Fortune intimated that an ebitda of $150 milion dollars was achievable. Lets hope both figures have been surpassed.

We all know that news is imminent so do the MM’s, does this rise mean that the seller has gone or are they looking for a higher sell price? I am still intrigued by the MM’s short position

Is an SA coal mining company which is on AIM but has just had a dual listing on the JSE and the talk on their board is that the AIM quoted sp is going north to catch up with the quoted sp on the JSE. I hope our dual listing does the same for BMN

Mc Mining an SA coal miner put in an application for a mining license in 2013 and it was granted December 2018, could it just be possible that our Mokopane mining license is ready to be granted and that will be the next news in an rns. Interesting that Mc Mining license was for 6 billion ton coke and thermal coal mine so renewable energy like vanadium will play its part along side coal. With elections coming up the creation of new industries and jobs will help get Cyril back in office.

On 5th February Fortune and BMO are going to do a public discussion, seminar or talkin, whatever they are going to discuss will already be in the public domain. So logically we should see RNS’s in the next week or so to inform the market of our JSE joining, capital raising and possibly a dividends policy. We already know that joining the JSE is a priority, we already know that Fortune wants to raise capial, we already know that there is going to be a dividends policy and prehaps Fortune will again pull a rabbit out of his hat to astonish us all. So on 5th February will this discussion add meat to the bones of new RNS’s?
