Alwaysone your post at 1509 is slightly wrong, you quote $41m for 2018 when our published post tax profit was $49m. Your estimate post tax profit for 2019 is $31m when in fact our published post tax profit for the first 6 months of 2019 came in at $30m are you suggesting that our profit for the last 6 months is only $1.6m??

Ophidian it is very difficult to judge the share price of any company as the sp is far beyond the control of the company. What is more significant in my opinion is the post tax profit as the BOD has more input into revenues, expenditure and cost control which will determine post tax profit. The sp should then react favourably to growing profits if the company is not shorted or manipulated. My prediction for post tax profits are, 2018 = $49 m, 2019 = $56m, 2020=$79m,2021=$100m +, please don’t ask for my calculations as this is just guess work taking into consideration vanadium prices, vanchem input, vametco increased production, electrolyte manufacture, chemicals manufacture, and of course VRFB installations. I could of course be way off target but I fully believe that profits are going to be substantially increased.

Having been a LTH for over six years i was wondering if Bushveld Minerals time has come, is 2020 the real transformational year when Bushveld says to the world, we have arrived!! I have to admire Fortune and Mikhail for having the vision, determination and business acumen for getting us here. If we only get part of the Eskom tender that will be absolutely colossal as it will place us firmly in the mind of politicians, businessmen and influencers globally. I must confess that i have a worry and my concerns are that
Events are moving so fast that Bushveld might not have the electrolyte process up and running before politicians are bounced into making snap short term political decisions. SA has the answer to their problems on their doorstep i just hope the President and his Minsters can see that.

That for the first 6 months of this year Bushveld made $38.8 million dollars post tax profit and even with lower vanadium prices i expect full year profits to be above the $49 million dollars we made in 2018. So the MM’s, manipulators, shorters, traders, trolls and vanadium prices, have forced the SP down to its current level. So why are we still invested??? We were told that the Avalon electrolyte rental contract was in place and Bushveld were negotiating much larger rental agreements in Africa, Asai, Europe and North America. The Bushveld VRFB installed with Eskom had been commissioned and fully operational. Vametco based solar mini grid project had commenced with procurement for the project started Q3 2019. I know the BOD have been very busy but news of the above would be welcome. The news to come out of Bushveld especially on the energy side must be stacking up.

Many thanks Alfacomp, i just did not know that this market existed, it appears to me that there is no incentive for polluters to change their bad habits. I believe world opinion will force them to do so in the very near future. The momentum is building very strongly and by June 2020 i believe Bushveld will be recognised as a main player in this energy revolution.

Was an hour long programme on Aljazeera news channel discussing climate change, carbon footprints and carbon permits. The programme highlighted the worldwide acknowledgement that the change to cleaner energy was unstoppable and was at the top of global political agendas and had captured the imagination of people worldwide. Part of the discussion was about the developed world and the under developed world who demanded access to electricity. One commentator used the analogy of the under developed counties will not use old fuels like oil or coal but will go straight to using sustainable renewable energy such as wind and solar that can be stored for long durations and used when required. The programme then went on to discuss the cost of the change would run into billions if not trillions and the cost would initially be met by the world banks and government sovereign companies. One thing i did learn was that there is a global carbon market, where if you are a heavy polluter you can buy credits in this market to off set your
Pollution. Tesla is a company heavily involved in this carbon market and over the last few years has sold some if it’s carbon credits back into the market for over a billion dollars. The commentators in this programme stated that this market Must be abolished and there are moves to do this and the move to clean renewable energy globally is unstoppable.

Of excellent news with nine RNS’s detailing acquisition, investment in VRFB companies and consolidation of buyout of shares and we are no further forward. BE contracts are in my opinion the only news that is going to lift this SP and i am absolutely confident the the BOD are in the process of finalising the contracts from the hundreds of enquiries they have received globally and from the much larger rental agreements they are negotiating in Africa, Europe, Asia and North America and the current vanadium prices will help the take up of VRFB’s

Badinvestor1 read Sloppy Guiseppe recent post about California. I support Knuttie in his thoughts that Eskom will be a nice to have but not essential to Bushveld’s growth. There are going to be hundreds if not thousands of opportunities for Bushveld to rent it’s electrolyte globally starting with Africa, Europe, Asia and North America. With their aim to develop the African continent in renewable energy and make six revenue streams in the process.

Was again mentioned in the rns dated 30th September and the Crux interview where Fortune stated that they were negotiating much larger rental agreements in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. If these contracts are similar to the Avalon deal we should be hearing about them very soon.

Is going to be battery contracts. If we win a portion of the Eskom tender or any other major battery development contracts this will in my opinion set the SP going north. I don’t think the Mokopane licence or even a JSE listing will do much for the SP, but energy storage contracts or dividend payments will capture the markets attention.

Following on from what Rich Ken has posted below that our share price should be £1.33, Pangang Group Vanadium and Titanium Resource Co Ltd have just purchased in China Vanadium related assets for 6.3 billion yuan [$900.76 million] so it begs the question how much are the assets worth at Mokopane, Brits, Vametco and Vanchem combined??
