I am a cynic by nature and disposition and i view these chat boards with scepticism and at times with utter distain, but i was humanised to read that Fortune had sent Pdub a message of goodwill, hope and comradeship. Now i do not know the relationship between Pdub and Fortune they may be bosom buddies for all i know. I have read this forum since 2013 And soon realised that Pdub was a great fan of Fortune’s and defended him to the hilt. For the CEO of a public company to send a message of support to a minuscule shareholder over a health issue is absolutely awesome and shows the depth of humanity in the guy. Well done Fortune.
The latest rns was in my opinion a very good indication that the company had weather the Covid 19 storm and had come out the other end well financed and strong. During the lockdown we were still able to send our products to global customers and we are now ramping up to full production. The virus is going to be with us for sometime but governments need vanadium for their stimulus projects and electrolyte for the green renewable energy projects, has Bushveld’s time arrived?
I have searched the old Redt LSE site and the new Invinity LSE site and there is no indication or mention of the Monash contract which very exciting news. It begs the question, how many other contracts or contacts are close to realisation to produce commercial installation of vrfbs. What is the Invinity Energy pipeline and will Invinity produce an rns on Monday?
Many companies are going to fold and many employees will be out of work and it will take time for the building stimulus to take effect. When that information has hit the market investors will be looking for the companies that weather the storm and have great growth potential. I also believe the clamour for greener energy will get louder and the public will demand that the recovery stimulus packages include greener energy. Bushveld’s time is definitely approaching.
Is there enough being mined to satisfy competing demands? Governments globally will try and kick start their economies with infrastructure projects needing large quantities of vanadium. The fledgling vrfb storage renewable energy industry will be competing for the same vanadium, is this a perfect storm or a possible road block, or will one complement the other? Interesting times.
That great rns’s have done absolutely nothing to impact on the SP so Fortune is going to have pull the rabbit out of the hat. A move off AIM to another London exchange and a joint listing on the JSE would be very nice, but a substantial contract to build a large battery site somewhere in Africa (not Eskom) would ignite the sp. This would change us from a small mining company to a revolutionary new tech company in renewable energy. Thats what the sp needs
Alfacomp, Have you any idea what the assets of Enerox are and what they are going to bring to the table. I know Fortune and Mikhail are very good at pulling off great deals but i cannot find anywhere what Enerox owns or the strength of their business.

Alfacomp find cease trade order in the message
Purchase may be an acquisition to far, i am not convinced that the millions being spent on this acquisition and monies being paid to keep it operating on a monthly basis is worth the effort. There is a cease trading warrant against the parent company that they are desperate to get lifted, they cannot sort out the 2019 audit so we are in am impasse that is costing us money. What are assets of this company and what does it bring to the table?? They have 130 historical installations globally, is that the total sum of their assets care and maintenance. The investors (Bushveld and others) have asked for more time to under take due diligence, and Cellcube say “if and when the 2019 audit is completed the sale may go ahead”. Don’t hold your breath!!!
That the following comment is stated in the rns which informed the market of the shut down of the business. “ engage with the government to obtain further details on permitted activities during this period” just wondering what these permitted activities could mean outside the care and maintenance programme?
Halespur it has been said many times that the vision of Fortune and Mikhail to bring together many partners in this new energy revolution has been inspirational. I am so confident for the future and Bushveld’s pivotal position in this new tech industry.
Could become a vital partner with Invinity across the UK, Europe and USA. The Oxford hub being built by EDF has a sister location in Kemsley Kent. The forty other locations mentioned by the Invinity CEO in a recent podcast are all in the UK and are EDF projects in different stages of negotiation. EDF renewables wants to be a main player in UK, France, Belgium and Italy in providing rapid charging points for 600000 vehicles at thousands of location, similar to the Oxford hub. In 2019 EDF bought Powerflex systems in California to build EV charging hubs across America.
The fact that EDF a very big player are installing vrfb’s at Oxford alongside lithium batteries with Invinity (redT) could bide well for the future.
